महान्यायाधिवक्ताले भने : सभामुखका वकिललाई १ घण्टा भन्दा समय दिँदैनौं

13 जुलाई, काठमांडू। स्पीकर अग्नि प्रसाद सपकोटा के पक्ष में वकीलों के पास प्रतिनिधि सभा भंग करने के मुद्दे पर बहस के लिए डेढ़ घंटे का समय होगा।

रिट याचिका में स्पीकर को विपक्ष भी बनाया गया है। संवैधानिक न्यायालय ने विपक्ष को बहस के लिए 15 घंटे का समय दिया था। सरकार के कानूनी सलाहकार अटॉर्नी जनरल रमेश बादल ने कहा कि स्पीकर के वकील को एक घंटे से ज्यादा समय नहीं दिया जा सकता। उन्होंने रविवार को संवैधानिक न्यायालय से कहा कि यदि रिट याचिका में स्पीकर को विपक्ष बना दिया गया तो भी वह एक घंटे से अधिक समय नहीं दे सकते क्योंकि वह विपक्ष की मांग के अनुसार रिट याचिका जारी करने के पक्ष में हैं. स्पीकर ने कहा कि रिट याचिका जारी की जाए। तो वह पक्ष में है, उसने एक घंटे में विश्वास नहीं किया, 'उन्होंने कहा। मुख्य न्यायाधीश चोलेंद्र शमशेर जबरा ने कहा कि यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो आधा घंटा जोड़ा जाएगा। प्रतिनिधि सभा को भंग करने के मुद्दे पर रिट याचिकाकर्ता की बहस रविवार को समाप्त हो गई। रिट याचिकाकर्ता को आवंटित 15 घंटे में से 12 घंटे बीत चुके हैं और शेष 3 घंटे सरकार द्वारा जवाब के लिए अलग रखे गए हैं। July 13, Kathmandu.
