ओलीले प्रस्तुत गर्ने विश्वासको मत लिने प्रस्तावलाई फेल गराउने काँग्रेसको निर्णय

काठमांडू। नेपाली कांग्रेस ने प्रधान मंत्री केपी शर्मा ओली द्वारा समर्थित अविश्वास प्रस्ताव को विफल करने का फैसला किया है। बुदनीलकांठा में पार्टी अध्यक्ष शेर बहादुर देउबा के आवास पर मंगलवार को पदाधिकारियों की एक बैठक ने विपक्ष को एकजुट करके ओली के कदम को विफल करने का फैसला किया। यह मानते हुए कि ओली का विश्वास मत लेने का कदम अच्छे इरादों से निर्देशित नहीं था और इससे देश को और अस्थिरता की ओर धकेल दिया जाएगा, उन्होंने इसके खिलाफ एकजुट रुख अपनाने का फैसला किया।

बैठक के बाद, संयुक्त महामंत्री डॉ। प्रकाश शरण महत ने मीडिया को बताया कि चर्चा इस निष्कर्ष के साथ हुई कि अविश्वास प्रस्ताव को विफल कर दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि अविश्वास प्रस्ताव की विफलता वैकल्पिक सरकार के गठन का मार्ग प्रशस्त करेगी। अधिकारियों की एक बैठक में, नेताओं ने कहा कि ओली ने अविश्वास प्रस्ताव को दरकिनार करने के लिए ऐसा कदम उठाया था। पिछले सोमवार को, ओली ने एक आपातकालीन कैबिनेट बैठक बुलाई और बताया कि वह विश्वास मत लेगा। ओली की सिफारिश के अनुसार, संसद सत्र भी 10 अप्रैल को बुलाया गया है। ओली ने विश्वास मत लेने का फैसला करने के बाद सोमवार को कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष देउबा और यूसीपीएन (माओवादी) के अध्यक्ष पुष्पा कमल दहल 'प्रचंड' के बीच टेलीफोन पर बातचीत की। जबकि कांग्रेस और UCPN (M) JSP और UML के भीतर विद्रोही समूहों के खिलाफ अविश्वास प्रस्ताव लाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं, उन्होंने ओली के कदम के बाद एक नई रणनीति का सहारा लिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा संसद को बहाल करने के दो महीने बाद तक विपक्ष ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की, ओली ने विश्वास मत लेने की पहल की। माओवादियों से समर्थन वापस लिए बिना विश्वास मत हासिल करने की ओली की जल्दबाजी को सार्थक माना गया है। CPN (माओवादी) को भंग करने के 8 मार्च को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद, प्रतिनिधि सभा में बहुमत के साथ पार्टी के प्रधानमंत्री की स्थिति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 76 (1) के अनुसार समाप्त कर दी गई थी। ओली वर्तमान में संविधान के अनुच्छेद 76 (2) के तहत प्रधान मंत्री हैं। Kathmandu. While the Congress and the UCPN (M) are preparing to table a no-confidence motion against the rebel groups within the JSP and UML, they have resorted to a new strategy following Oli's move. After the opposition did not take any action for two months after the Supreme Court restored the parliament, Oli took the initiative to take a vote of confidence. Oli's haste to get a vote of confidence without withdrawing support from the Maoists has been taken as meaningful. After the Supreme Court's decision on March 8 to dissolve the CPN (Maoist), the status of the Prime Minister of the party with the majority in the House of Representatives was terminated as per Article 76 (1) of the Constitution. Oli is currently the Prime Minister under Article 76 (2) of the Constitution.
