संसद छलेर अध्यादेश जारी गरेकाेमा कांग्रेस सभापति देउवाकाे आपत्ति

काठमांडू। नेपाली कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष शेर बहादुर देउबा ने गंभीर आपत्ति जताते हुए कहा कि सरकार ने संसद को धोखा देकर अध्यादेश जारी किया है। सरकार द्वारा आज सात अध्यादेश जारी किए जाने के बाद, देउबा ने एक बयान जारी कर अध्यादेश जारी करने के सरकार के फैसले की निंदा की।

राष्ट्रपति देउबा की ओर से जारी एक बयान में कहा गया है, "मौजूदा सरकार की कार्यशैली को ऐसे समय में अध्यादेशों के माध्यम से संसद में हेरफेर करना है जब संसद के बजट सत्र को बुलाने में बहुत देर हो चुकी है। यह आपत्तिजनक है।" इससे पहले, सरकार ने पिछले दिसंबर में संवैधानिक परिषद से संबंधित अध्यादेश लाए थे और अधिकारियों को विभिन्न संवैधानिक आयोगों में नियुक्त किया था, जिनमें दुर्व्यवहार की जांच के लिए आयोग, चुनाव आयोग और राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग शामिल थे। प्रधानमंत्री की अध्यक्षता वाली संवैधानिक परिषद में विपक्ष के नेता, अध्यक्ष, राष्ट्रीय सभा के अध्यक्ष, मुख्य न्यायाधीश और उपसभापति के सदस्य होते हैं। सरकार ने एक अध्यादेश के माध्यम से एक बैठक आयोजित करने और उनमें से तीन मौजूद होने पर भी निर्णय लेने की व्यवस्था की है। Kathmandu.
