Kathmandu. A UML leader has said that Lumbini Chief Minister Shankar Pokharel will be sworn in today.
According to the leader, Pokharel is preparing to take oath as the chief minister after the state chief calls for the formation of a new government today and the UML sends its name as the majority party.
