काठमांडू। भूमि प्रबंधन, सहकारिता और गरीबी उन्मूलन मंत्री डॉ। शिवमाया तुमवाहांगफे ने कहा है कि सरकार के नाम पर लोगों द्वारा जब्त की गई कुछ जमीनों की वापसी सबसे बड़ी उपलब्धि है। मंत्रालय में अपने कार्यकाल के 100 वें दिन मंगलवार को सिंघा दरबार में एक संवाददाता सम्मेलन में बोलते हुए, उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार भ्रष्ट इरादों के साथ अवैध रूप से पंजीकृत भूमि वापस लाएगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार, सार्वजनिक और गुथी भूमि की जांच के लिए गठित आयोग द्वारा प्राप्त शिकायतों की जांच के बाद 39 बीघा और 15 कट्ठा जमीन नेपाल सरकार के नाम पर वापस लाई गई है। उसने कहा कि बलुवतार में ललिताणीवास परिसर के भीतर किसी भी घर के निर्माण कार्य को रोकने और किसी भी घर का निर्माण कानून के खिलाफ होने पर निर्माण कार्य रोकने का निर्णय लिया गया है। उसने कहा कि भूमि के स्वामित्व और भूमि पंजीकरण प्रणाली को अधिक विश्वसनीय, भरोसेमंद और वैज्ञानिक बनाने के लिए, मौजूदा उपकरण पंजीकरण प्रणाली से भूमि पंजीकरण प्रणाली को बदलने और उन्नत करने का निर्णय लिया जा रहा है। मंत्रालय के अनुसार, भूमि समस्या निस्तारण आयोग द्वारा भूमिहीन दलितों, भूमिहीन वर्ग और असंगठित बस्तियों के आंकड़ों के संग्रह के लिए डेटा का विकास और उपयोग किया गया है। टैग मंत्री डॉ। शिवमाया तुमवहंगफे Kathmandu.
