 सरकार रोज की तरह गंभीर हो गई है क्योंकि रोजाना प्रदर्शन और सड़क पर विरोध प्रदर्शन बढ़ रहे हैं।  प्रशासन द्वारा कार्रवाई की चेतावनी देने के बाद संख्या घटने के बजाय बढ़ रही है यदि रैलियों और सभाओं में कोरोना वायरस का खतरा होता है।  सरकार ने संयम बरता है, यह महसूस करते हुए कि बल का उपयोग केवल स्थिति को जटिल करेगा।
