गृहमन्त्रीको प्रस्ताव ठाडै अस्वीकार, बालुवाटारमा हंगामा मच्चियाे !

 अधिकांश सदस्यों ने विवाद को सुलझाने के लिए सीपीएन (माओवादी) सचिवालय को दो चेयरपर्सन द्वारा प्रस्तुत दो प्रस्तावों को खारिज कर दिया है।

 थापा ने कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष पुष्प कमल दहल प्रचंड द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रस्ताव और प्रधान मंत्री और अध्यक्ष केपी शर्मा ओली द्वारा लाई गई रिपोर्ट को ध्यान में रखते हुए एक संयुक्त प्रस्ताव लाने का सुझाव दिया था।

 सचिवालय के एक नेता के अनुसार, उनके प्रस्ताव को अन्य सदस्यों ने खारिज कर दिया।

 थापा ने शनिवार को सचिवालय में शनिवार को सचिवालय की बैठक में प्रस्ताव पेश करते हुए कहा, "चलो, सचिवालय को सौंपे गए दो अध्यक्षों के प्रस्ताव को संयुक्त प्रस्ताव बनाते हैं।"

 नेताओं के अनुसार, थापा ने दो राष्ट्रपतियों द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों की जांच के लिए तीन सदस्यीय जांच समिति बनाने का भी प्रस्ताव दिया था।

 उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि जांच समिति के तीन सदस्यों को आरोपों और रिपोर्ट की जांच के लिए एक टीओआर दिया जाना चाहिए।  लेकिन यह प्रस्ताव बहुमत के सदस्यों द्वारा खारिज किए जाने के बाद आगे नहीं बढ़ सका।

 प्रस्ताव को झाला नाथ खनाल, माधव कुमार नेपाल, उपाध्यक्ष बामदेव गौतम और नारायण काजी श्रेष्ठ ने अस्वीकार कर दिया।

 उन्होंने कहा, "उन्हें पहले स्थायी समिति के पास जाना है और एक नई प्रक्रिया तय करनी है, इसलिए सचिवालय ने स्थायी समिति की कल की बैठक की तारीख तय कर दी है।"

 12 अक्टूबर को सचिवालय की बैठक में प्रचंड द्वारा प्रस्तुत 19-पृष्ठ के राजनीतिक प्रस्ताव से नाराज ओली ने 15 दिन बाद सचिवालय की बैठक में उत्तर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की थी।

 सचिवालय ने दो रिपोर्टों के बाद हुए विवाद को सुलझाने में विफल रहने के बाद रिपोर्ट स्थायी समिति को सौंपी जाने वाली है।

 स्थायी समिति की एक बैठक कल दोपहर 1 बजे धुम्बरही में पार्टी कार्यालय में होने वाली है। ! Most members have rejected two proposals submitted by the two chairpersons to the CPN (Maoist) Secretariat to settle the dispute.

  Thapa suggested to bring a joint resolution keeping in mind the proposal submitted by Executive Chairman Pushp Kamal Dahal Prachanda and the report brought by Prime Minister and Speaker KP Sharma Oli.

  According to a Secretariat leader, his proposal was rejected by other members.

  Thapa, while presenting the proposal at the Secretariat meeting on Saturday, said, "Come on, let's make a joint resolution to the proposal of the two chairpersons assigned to the secretariat."

  According to the leaders, Thapa also proposed to form a three-member inquiry committee to probe the allegations leveled by the two presidents.

  He suggested that three members of the inquiry committee should be given a TOR to investigate the allegations and report.  But the motion could not proceed after it was rejected by the majority members.

  The proposal was rejected by Jhala Nath Khanal, Madhav Kumar Nepal, Vice President Bamdev Gautam and Narayan Kazi Shrestha.

  "They have to go to the standing committee first and set a new process, so the secretariat has fixed the date for tomorrow's meeting of the standing committee," he said.

  Oli, angered by the 19-page political proposal presented by Prachanda at the secretariat meeting on October 12, submitted the reply report 15 days later at the secretariat meeting.

  The report is scheduled to be submitted to the standing committee after the secretariat failed to resolve the dispute following two reports.

  A meeting of the standing committee is scheduled to take place at 1 pm tomorrow at the party office in Dhumbarhi.
