मध्यपहाडी लाेकमार्गकाे पर्वत सडकखण्ड दैनिक ६ घण्टा ठप्प, सर्वसाधारणलाई सास्ती !

 निर्माण कार्य के जोखिम के कारण मिड-हिल्स हाईवे के नीचे का पहाड़ खंड रोजाना साढ़े तीन घंटे तक बंद रहेगा जबकि सड़क अभी भी चालू है।

 राष्ट्रीय गौरव की परियोजना के पहाड़ खंड को काटकर और इसे कुछ स्थानों पर सुधारने और इसे काला करने के लिए सड़क को चौड़ा करने का काम चल रहा है।

 हालांकि उस क्षेत्र में कोई समस्या नहीं होगी जहां ब्लैकटॉप का काम चल रहा है, इसे बंद करने का निर्णय लिया गया है क्योंकि जिस स्थान पर टीले को काटना पड़ता है, वहां ड्राइविंग करते समय दुर्घटनाओं का खतरा होता है।

 जिला यातायात पुलिस कार्यालय, परबत में मुख्य सहायक निरीक्षक कृष्ण बहादुर खड़का के अनुसार, जिला प्रशासन कार्यालय के साथ समन्वय में शुक्रवार को एक सर्वदलीय बैठक हुई, परबत ने रविवार से दो सप्ताह के लिए सड़क को बंद करने का फैसला किया है।

 हाइवे के पहाड़ खंड में वार्ड 8 के कुसमा नगर पालिका -7 खरहा और डोबिला के बीच सड़क को चौड़ा करने के लिए सड़क को बंद करके काम करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।  इसके अनुसार सुबह 11 बजे से दोपहर 2:30 बजे तक सड़क बंद रहेगी।

 हालांकि लॉकडाउन में विभिन्न समस्याओं के कारण सड़क का काम रोक दिया गया है, लेकिन इस समय काम तेज गति से चल रहा है।  काम, जिसे कोविद -19 के कारण लगभग सात महीने के लिए निलंबित कर दिया गया था, पिछले सितंबर के दूसरे सप्ताह से शुरू हो गया था।  अब तक लगभग 70 प्रतिशत काम पूरा हो चुका है।

 सड़क को बंद करके निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है क्योंकि खुरहा और चुवा के बीच की चट्टान और चुवा और डोबिला के बीच की दूरी पर हार्ड रॉक को अभी तक तोड़ा नहीं जा सका है।

 लामा कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी के प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर गोविंदा भुसाल ने कहा कि ट्रैफिक कंजेशन के कारण निर्माण कार्य शुरू किया गया है।

 कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी के मुताबिक, कंपनी ने परियोजना के पर्वतीय प्रवेश से लेकर मालढुंगा तक 23.76 किलोमीटर के उन्नयन के लिए 839.8 मिलियन का अनुबंध जीता है।

 पर्वत खंड के 23 किलोमीटर में से, संरचना का 98 प्रतिशत काम पूरा हो चुका है।  माल्ढुंगा से नयापुल तक के बागलुंग की सीमा को लगभग 5 किलोमीटर तक काला कर दिया गया है। !Due to the risk of construction work, the mountain section below the Mid-Hills Highway will remain closed for three and a half hours daily while the road is still operational.

  It has been decided to work by closing the road to widen the road between Kusma Municipality-7 Kharha and Dobila of Ward 8 in the mountain section of the highway.  According to this, the road will be closed from 11 am to 2:30 pm.

  Although the road work has been stopped due to various problems in the lockdown, at this time the work is going on at a fast pace.  The work, which was suspended for about seven months due to Kovid-19, began the second week of last September.  About 70 percent of the work has been completed so far.

  Construction is being done by closing the road as the rock between Khuraha and Chuwa and the hard rock at the distance between Chuwa and Dobila have not yet been broken.

  According to the construction company, the company has won a contract of 839.8 million for upgrading 23.76 km from the hill entrance to the project to Maldhunga.

  Out of the 23 kilometers of the mountain section, 98 percent of the structure has been completed.  The border of Baglung from Maldhunga to Nayapul has been blackened by about 5 kilometers.
