प्रचण्ड बने नेकपामा शक्तिशाली ओलीकाे असहमति बाबजुत ४ सनसनीपुर्ण निर्णय पारित !

 मंगलवार: ओली की असहमति के बीच पिछले गुरुवार को एक बैठक बुलाई गई थी

 प्रधानमंत्री और पार्टी अध्यक्ष केपी ओली की असहमति के बीच मंगलवार को सचिवालय की बैठक अगले दिन सचिवालय की बैठक के लिए बुलाई गई।  मंगलवार को सचिवालय की बैठक में, ओली ने अनौपचारिक चर्चा के कुछ दिनों के बाद ही एक औपचारिक बैठक प्रस्तावित की।  उनका विचार था कि बैठक 10-15 दिनों के लिए रोक दी जानी चाहिए और अनौपचारिक चर्चा होनी चाहिए।  हालांकि, एक अन्य अध्यक्ष, पुष्पा कमल दहल प्रचंड सहित अधिकांश सदस्यों ने कहा कि चर्चा, समझौते, असहमति और निर्णय की सभी प्रक्रियाओं को बैठक से ही लिया जाना चाहिए।  वरिष्ठ नेता झाला नाथ खनाल और माधव कुमार नेपाल, उपाध्यक्ष बामदेव गौतम और प्रवक्ता नारायण काजी श्रेष्ठ ने बुधवार को एक सचिवालय की बैठक बुलाने का फैसला किया था।  अपनी असहमति के बीच बुधवार को सचिवालय की बैठक बुलाए जाने के बाद ओली ने सूचित किया था कि वह भाग नहीं लेंगे।

 बुधवार: ओली बैठक से अनुपस्थित, निर्णय भी

 हालांकि प्रधानमंत्री और पार्टी अध्यक्ष ओली ने भाग नहीं लिया, बुधवार को सचिवालय के आठ सदस्यों की एक बैठक हुई जिसमें अध्यक्ष प्रचंड भी शामिल थे।  बैठक में गुरुवार से रविवार तक चलने वाली स्थायी समिति को स्थानांतरित करने का निर्णय लिया गया।  बैठक में ओली से शनिवार की बैठक में शामिल होने का आग्रह करने का फैसला किया गया क्योंकि पार्टी संवेदनशील और असामान्य मूड में थी।  बैठक के बाद, वरिष्ठ नेता खनाल ने कहा कि ओली की अनुपस्थिति में भी, पार्टी ने बैठकें आयोजित करने और फैसले लेने का एक उदाहरण निर्धारित किया था।

 शनिवार: ओली की असहमति के बीच स्थायी समिति में प्रस्ताव

 ओली ने शनिवार को सचिवालय की बैठक में भाग लिया।  हालांकि, उनकी असहमति के बीच, बैठक ने रविवार के लिए स्थायी समिति की बैठक बुलाई है और एजेंडा भी निर्धारित किया है।  बैठक से पहले, ओली और प्रचंड ने एक-एक चर्चा की।  शनिवार को ओली और प्रचंड के बीच 26 दिनों तक आमने-सामने बातचीत के बाद कोई समझौता नहीं हुआ।  पार्टी के प्रवक्ता नारायण काजी श्रेष्ठ के अनुसार, एक स्थायी समिति की बैठक रविवार को दोपहर 1 बजे धुम्बरही में पार्टी कार्यालय में होगी।  बैठक दोनों अध्यक्षों के प्रस्तावों और पत्रों पर चर्चा करने की तैयारी कर रही है।  इस बीच, शनिवार को सचिवालय की बैठक में, ओली ने अपना रुख दोहराया कि प्रचंड के प्रस्ताव को वापस लिया जाना चाहिए और कहा कि वह इसे स्थायी समिति में नहीं ले जा सकते।  हालांकि, सचिवालय के अन्य सभी सदस्यों के सहमत होने के बाद, दोनों प्रस्ताव आगे बढ़े हैं।

  Wednesday: Oli absent from meeting, decision also

  Although the Prime Minister and party president Oli did not attend, on Wednesday there was a meeting of eight members of the Secretariat, including President Prachanda.  In the meeting, it was decided to move the standing committee which runs from Thursday to Sunday.  The meeting decided to urge Oli to attend Saturday's meeting as the party was in a sensitive and unusual mood.  After the meeting, senior leader Khanal said that even in Oli's absence, the party had set an example of holding meetings and taking decisions.

  Saturday: Proposal in Standing Committee amid Ollie's disagreement

  Olli attended the secretariat meeting on Saturday.  However, amid their disagreements, the meeting has called a standing committee meeting for Sunday and also set the agenda.  Prior to the meeting, Ollie and Prachanda had one-on-one discussion.  On Saturday, no agreement was reached between Oli and Prachanda after 26 days of face-to-face talks.  According to party spokesperson Narayan Kazi Shrestha, a standing committee meeting will be held at 1 pm on Sunday at the party office in Dhumbarhi.  The meeting is preparing to discuss the proposals and letters of the two chairpersons.  Meanwhile, at the secretariat meeting on Saturday, Oli reiterated his stand that Prachanda's proposal should be withdrawn and said he could not take it to the standing committee.  However, after all other members of the Secretariat have agreed, both proposals have moved forward.

  Saturday: Oli's proposal to form a task force was also rejected

  The secretariat meeting has rejected Prime Minister Oli's proposal to make a joint resolution by incorporating the report of the two chairpersons.  Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal proposed the formation of a task force to unify the two proposals.  Supporting this, Oli offered Bamdev Gautam to become the coordinator.  General Secretary Vishnu Paudel and another leader Ishwar Pokharel also supported the proposal.  However, Gautam himself along with other members of the secretariat rejected the proposal.  Oli's proposal was rejected after Gautam insisted that the Chairman's report should be taken to a standing committee and decided from there.  He had clarified that Chairman Prachanda had brought a political report with his support.
