राष्ट्रपति भण्डारीले शितल निवास बाेलाउँदा प्रचण्डले गरे ठाडै अस्वीकार , ओली धरधरी रूदै !

 राष्ट्रपति विद्यादेवी भंडारी, जो विवादों को सुलझाने में सक्रिय हैं, जो सत्तारूढ़ सीपीएन (cpn) के भीतर पार्टी विभाजन का कारण बन सकते हैं, ने शुक्रवार को केपी शर्मा ओली और पुष्पा कमल दहलचंद के साथ एक संयुक्त बैठक आयोजित करने की योजना बनाई थी।

 हालांकि, नेताओं ने कहा कि बैठक नहीं हो सकती क्योंकि कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रचंड शीतल निवास में नहीं गए थे।

 प्रचंड ने उप प्रधानमंत्री और सचिवालय के सदस्य ईश्वर पोखरेल के साथ खुमल्टार में एक बैठक की और राष्ट्रपति को एक संदेश भेजा।  हालांकि, सूत्रों ने कहा कि राष्ट्रपति कार्यालय खुद शीतलनिवास नहीं पहुंचा।

 "राष्ट्रपति ने प्रधानमंत्री ओली और कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रचंड को एक साथ लाने की योजना बनाई है," प्रचंड के पास एक स्थायी समिति के सदस्य ने कहा।

 प्रचंड ने वरिष्ठ नेता माधव कुमार नेपाल से सलाह ली थी कि शीतलनिवास जाना है या नहीं।

 गुरुवार को राष्ट्रपति से मिलने के बाद, प्रधान मंत्री ओली ने कहा कि सभी समस्याओं की जड़ पार्टी थी और यह पार्टी एक गंभीर विवाद में थी क्योंकि यह सर्वसम्मति और बैठक के निर्णयों को लागू नहीं करती थी !

 प्रचंड, जिन्होंने राष्ट्रपति के साथ एक स्टैंड लिया था कि 'इस बार ओलीजी को सच होना चाहिए', फिर से शीतल निवास नहीं जाना चाहते थे।

 एक सूत्र ने कहा, "एक सचिवालय की बैठक कल के लिए निर्धारित की गई है। प्रधानमंत्री ओलीजी को रिपोर्ट पर चर्चा करने के लिए, अपनी बात कहने के लिए वहां आना चाहिए था, और केवल एक आम सहमति तक पहुंचने के लिए शीतलनिवास जाना बेहतर है," एक स्रोत ने कहा।

 बलुवतार और शीतलनिवास के पास प्रचंड के साथ समझौता करके विवाद को हल करने की योजना है।

 लेकिन कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रचंड अकेले सहमत नहीं हैं।

 उन्होंने उप प्रधान मंत्री ईशोर पोखरेल को भी बताया, जिन्होंने शुक्रवार की सुबह उन्हें ज्ञापन के लिए कहा, कि दोनों राष्ट्रपति केवल इस बात पर सहमत थे कि इस बार ऐसा नहीं होगा।

 पोखरेल ने शीतलनिवास को यही संदेश दिया था।

 शनिवार को दोपहर 1 बजे बैठक से पहले, बलुवतार और शीतलनिवास एक समझौते के लिए प्रचंड को लाने के लिए अंतिम प्रयास कर रहे हैं।

  Prachanda had a meeting in Khumaltar with Deputy Prime Minister and Secretariat member Ishwar Pokharel and sent a message to the President.  However, sources said that the President's office itself did not reach Sheetalivas.

  "The president plans to bring Prime Minister Oli and acting president Prachanda together," said a member of a standing committee near Prachanda.

  Prachanda had consulted with senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal whether to go to Sheetalnivas or not.

  After meeting with the President on Thursday, Prime Minister Oli said that the root of all the problems was the party and that the party was in a serious dispute as it did not enforce the consensus and the decisions of the meeting.

  Prachanda, who took a stand with the President that 'this time Oliiji must be true', did not want to go to Sheetal Niwas again.

  A source said, "A secretariat meeting has been scheduled for tomorrow. Prime Minister Oliiji should have come there to discuss the report, to say his point, and to go to Sheetalivas only to reach a consensus.  Is, ”a source said.

  Baluwatar and Sheetalnivas have a plan to resolve the dispute by entering into a settlement with Prachanda.

  But the executive chairman Prachanda alone does not agree.

  He also told Deputy Prime Minister Ishore Pokharel, who asked him for the memorandum on Friday morning, that the two presidents only agreed that it would not happen this time.

  Pokharel gave this message to Sheetalnivas.

  Before the meeting at 1 pm on Saturday, Baluwatar and Sheetalnivas are making a final effort to bring Prachanda to an agreement.
