ओली-प्रचण्ड मिलाउने विद्या भण्डारीको प्रयास असफल, ओलीलाई प्रधानमन्त्री र अध्यक्षबाट हटाउने निर्णय हुँदै

ओली और प्रचंड को मिलाने की विद्या भंडारी की कोशिश नाकाम रही, ओली को प्रधानमंत्री और चेयरमैन पद से हटाने का फैसला

  राष्ट्रपति विद्यादेवी भंडारी द्वारा प्रधान मंत्री और सीपीएन () के अध्यक्ष केपी शर्मा ओली और एक अन्य अध्यक्ष प्रचंड के बीच बातचीत और सहमति का माहौल बनाने के प्रयास विफल हो गए हैं।

 भंडारी ने कल सुबह प्रधान मंत्री ओली और शाम को प्रचंड से मुलाकात की और एक समझौते पर पहुंचने की कोशिश की।  सर्वसम्मति के प्रयास विफल होने के बाद, CPN (माओवादी) के भीतर बहुमत ओली को प्रधान मंत्री और अध्यक्ष के पद से हटाने की तैयारी कर रहा है।

 एक सूत्र के अनुसार, प्रचंड और माधव नेपाल सहित बहुमत समूह ने पार्टी समिति से निर्णय लेकर ओली को प्रधानमंत्री और अध्यक्ष के पद से वापस बुलाने का फैसला किया है।  इस बीच, ओली गुट ने यह भी निष्कर्ष निकाला है कि अगर आम सहमति नहीं बनती है, तो प्रचंड को पद से हटा दिया जाएगा।

 समझा जाता है कि ओली ने स्पष्ट किया है कि राष्ट्रपति और प्रधानमंत्री दोनों इस्तीफा नहीं देंगे।  उसने अधिक आक्रामक तैयारी शुरू कर दी है।  प्रचंड ने यह भी कहा कि इस मुद्दे को पार्टी की बैठक में हल किया जाएगा क्योंकि उन्होंने समझौते का बार-बार उल्लंघन किया था।  वह ओली पर हमला करने की भी तैयारी कर रहा है।

 प्रचंड आगामी सचिवालय की बैठक में और कदम उठाने के लिए आगे बढ़े हैं।  अगर किसी भी परिस्थिति में ओली बैठक में शामिल नहीं होते हैं तो ओली गुट एक कड़ा फैसला लेने की तैयारी कर रहा है।  ओली ने पहले ही मंगलवार को सचिवालय की बैठक में प्रचंड को कार्रवाई करने की चेतावनी दी है।  यह स्पष्ट है कि दोनों राष्ट्रपति युद्ध की स्थिति में शामिल हैं।

 प्रचंड को पद से हटाने के लिए ओली एक निर्णय लेने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।  प्रचंड ओली को पार्टी समिति से वापस बुलाने और उन्हें अध्यक्ष पद से हटाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।  प्रचंड सरकार से ओली को वापस बुलाने का फैसला पार्टी समिति स्तर पर लेने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।

 धीरे-धीरे सभी कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।  ओली गुट ने पार्टी समिति को पहले ही बता दिया है कि वह इस फैसले को स्वीकार नहीं करेगी।  ओली ने सचिवालय की एक पूर्व बैठक में यह भी स्पष्ट किया था कि ऐसी समिति का निर्णय अमान्य होगा।  इसके विपरीत, उन्होंने प्रचंड को कार्रवाई करने की चेतावनी दी है।  मंगलवार को हुई बैठक में ओली की चेतावनी और प्रचंड की टिप्पणी को अवरुद्ध करने का प्रयास किया गया था।

 चेयरमैन प्रचंड सहित सचिवालय के अधिकांश सदस्य स्थायी और केंद्रीय समिति की बैठकों की रिपोर्ट लेने के पक्ष में हैं।  हालांकि, अध्यक्ष ओली ने कहा कि यह एक अंतरिम समिति थी और वह अपने फैसले की अवज्ञा करने के पक्ष में थी।  वह पार्टी की बैठक को रोकने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।  ओली ने दोनों राष्ट्रपतियों के लिए राजनीतिक रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करना सामान्य नहीं माना।  वह जोर देकर कहते रहे हैं कि एक ही रिपोर्ट को आम सहमति से चर्चा में पेश किया जाना चाहिए।

 इसलिए, ओली और प्रचंड के बीच टकराव फैल रहा है।  राजनीतिक हलकों में चर्चा है कि ओली संसद को भंग करने, मध्यावधि घोषित करने और आपातकाल की स्थिति को लागू करने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं यदि वह पद छोड़ने का दबाव बनाते हैं।  माधव कुमार नेपाल ने कहा है कि किसी को यह कहने में डर नहीं होना चाहिए कि ओली ने इस तरह के कदम उठाने की धमकी दी है।

 उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री केपी शर्मा ओली ने पार्टी को विभाजित करने, संसद को भंग करने, आपातकाल लगाने और अध्यादेश लाने की धमकी दी थी।  इस तरह, नेताओं द्वारा पीछा की जा रही संभावित रणनीतियों का आकलन करके सीपीएन (माओवादी) के भीतर आक्रामक और रक्षात्मक शैली उभर रही है।  एक आम सहमति तक पहुंचने के प्रयासों के बावजूद, यह संभावना कमजोर पड़ रही है। ! 

  Vidya Bhandari's attempt to merge Oli and Prachanda failed, the decision to remove Oli as Prime Minister and Chairman

  According to a source, majority groups including Prachanda and Madhav Nepal have decided to recall Oli from the post of Prime Minister and President after taking a decision from the party committee.  Meanwhile, the Oli faction has also concluded that Prachanda will be removed from the post if a consensus is not formed.

  Oli is understood to have clarified that both the President and the Prime Minister will not resign.  He has started more aggressive preparations.  Prachanda also said that the issue would be resolved at the party meeting as he repeatedly violated the agreement.  He is also preparing to attack Oli.

  Prachanda has gone ahead to take further steps in the upcoming Secretariat meeting.  The Oli faction is preparing to take a tough decision if Oli does not attend the meeting under any circumstances.  Oli has already warned Prachanda to take action at the secretariat meeting on Tuesday.  It is clear that both presidents are involved in the event of war.

  He said that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had threatened to split the party, dissolve Parliament, impose emergency and bring ordinances.  In this way, an aggressive and defensive style is emerging within the CPN (Maoist) by assessing potential strategies being pursued by leaders.  Despite efforts to reach a consensus, this possibility continues to weaken.
