अमेरिकी नागरिकलाई जागिर नदिएको भन्दै फेसबुकविरुद्ध मुद्दा

 सोशल मीडिया कंपनी फेसबुक पर काम पर अमेरिकी नागरिकों के साथ भेदभाव करने का आरोप लगाया गया है।

 अमेरिका के न्याय विभाग ने फेसबुक के खिलाफ एक मुकदमा दायर किया है जिसमें आरोप लगाया गया है कि भर्ती प्रक्रिया के दौरान अमेरिकी नागरिकों के साथ भेदभाव किया गया था और विदेशी प्रवासियों को स्वीकार किया गया थ .

 न्याय विभाग का कहना है कि 2,600 से अधिक फेसबुक भर्तियों को योग्यता और काम करने का अवसर नहीं दिया गया है।  अमेरिकी न्याय विभाग ने अदालत में दायर एक मुकदमे में कहा है कि अस्थायी वीजा पर विदेशी नागरिकों को पदों पर भर्ती किया गया था।

 दूसरी ओर, फेसबुक ने आरोपों से इनकार किया है।  हालांकि, उन्होंने कहा कि वह इस संबंध में न्याय मंत्रालय के साथ सहयोग कर रहे थे।

 मंत्रालय के नागरिक अधिकार प्रभाग के सहायक अटॉर्नी जनरल एरिक एस ड्रिबैंड ने कहा: "हम कंपनियों को जवाबदेह ठहराते हैं यदि वे अवैध रूप से अस्थायी वीजा वाले लोगों को प्राथमिकता देते हैं और उन्हें रोजगार के अवसरों से वंचित करते हैं।"

 The social media company Facebook has been accused of discriminating against US citizens at work.

  The US Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against Facebook alleging that US citizens were discriminated against during the recruitment process and accepted foreign immigrants.

  The Justice Department says that more than 2,600 Facebook recruitments have not been given qualifications and the opportunity to work.  The US Department of Justice said in a lawsuit filed in court that foreign nationals were recruited to positions on temporary visas.

  On the other hand, Facebook has denied the allegations.  However, he said that he was cooperating with the Ministry of Justice in this regard.

  The lawsuit alleges that Facebook used H-1B visas to recruit employees.  Most technology companies in the United States use visas to bring in highly skilled foreign workers.

  In a lawsuit filed on Thursday, the Justice Department claims that Facebook created its own recruitment system to make it easier for US citizens to obtain H1N1 visas and other temporary employees.

  According to the Ministry of Justice, the lawsuit was filed after a two-year investigation into Facebook's recruitment system.

  Assistant Attorney General Eric S. Driband of the ministry's civil rights division said: "We hold companies accountable if they illegally give priority to people with temporary visas and deprive them of employment opportunities."

  He said it would be illegal for US citizens to prioritize temporary visa holders in employment, adding that all employers, including the technology sector, would be made accountable.
