नेकपा विवाद : पार्टी फुटे यस्तो छ दुवै पक्षको आ–आफ्नै रणनीति !

 25 नवंबर को नेपाल की सत्तारूढ़ कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (CPN) के बीच विवाद व्याप्त है।  विवाद के बीच शनिवार को सचिवालय की बैठक बुलाई गई है।  सचिवालय की बैठक से आगे, प्रधानमंत्री और पार्टी अध्यक्ष केपी शर्मा ओली और अन्य पार्टियां अपनी रणनीति बनाने के लिए काम कर रही हैं।

 सूत्रों के मुताबिक, दोनों पक्ष एक दूसरे पर दबाव बढ़ाने के लिए रणनीति तैयार करने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।  सूत्रों का दावा है कि दोनों पक्ष, जो संभावित पार्टी विभाजन से सावधान हैं, को सतर्क रहना चाहिए लेकिन दूसरे समूह पर दबाव बढ़ाने की नीति अपनानी चाहिए।

 ओली 12 नवंबर को बैठक में एक राजनीतिक रिपोर्ट पेश करने वाले हैं, जिसमें पार्टी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष पुष्प कमल दहल 'प्रचंड' द्वारा रखा गया राजनीतिक प्रस्ताव भी शामिल है।  ओली के करीबी एक नेता ने कहा कि वह निजी तौर पर उनका अपमान करने के लिए प्रचंड से नाराज थे और अपनी राजनीतिक रिपोर्ट में किसी का अपमान नहीं करेंगे।  “जिस तरह प्रचंड ने ओली पर हमला करके इसका प्रस्ताव रखा है।

 नेता ने कहा, ओली द्वारा लाई गई रिपोर्ट में उठाए गए मुद्दे शामिल हैं, लेकिन रिपोर्ट किसी पर आरोप लगाने के लिए नहीं आती है।  दूसरी ओर, प्रचंड-नेपाल समूह सचिवालय के माध्यम से चर्चा के लिए प्रचंड और ओली दोनों के प्रस्ताव को स्थायी केंद्रीय समिति के पास ले जाने की तैयारी कर रहा है।

 प्रचंड-नेपाल समूह समझता है कि पार्टी की सभी समितियों में चर्चा के माध्यम से ओली को दो पदों में से एक से इस्तीफा देने के लिए मजबूर किया जा सकता है।  प्रचंड-नेपाल समूह की स्थायी समिति के सदस्य ने कहा, "हम मांग करते हैं कि दोनों प्रस्तावों पर पार्टी की सभी समितियों में चर्चा हो।" !  Dispute is raging between the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) on November 25.  Amid the controversy, a secretariat meeting has been called for Saturday.  Ahead of the secretariat meeting, Prime Minister and party chairman KP Sharma Oli and other parties are working to formulate their own strategy.

 According to sources, both sides are preparing to formulate a strategy to increase pressure on each other.  Sources claim that both sides, who are wary of possible party splits, should be cautious but adopt a policy of increasing pressure on the other group.

 Oli is scheduled to present a political report at the meeting on November 12 including the political proposal put forward by the party's executive chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda'.  A leader close to Oli said that he was angry with Prachanda for personally insulting him and would not insult anyone in his political report.  ‘The way Prachanda has come up with a proposal by attacking Oli.

 The report brought by Oli includes issues raised in it, but the report does not come to accuse anyone, 'the leader said.  On the other hand, the Prachanda-Nepal group is preparing to take the proposal of both Prachanda and Oli to the Standing Central Committee for discussion through the secretariat.

 The Prachanda-Nepal group understands that Oli can be forced to resign from one of the two posts through discussions in all the committees of the party.  "We demand that both the proposals be discussed in all the committees of the party," said a standing committee member of the Prachanda-Nepal group.
