प्रचण्डलाई घाेक्रेठ्याक लगाएर पाटीबाट निकाल्ने ओलीकाे चेतावनी, सिधै जेल पुर्याउने बालुवाटारकाे याेजना !

 CPN  के अध्यक्ष केपी शर्मा ओली ने कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष पुष्पा कमल दहल द्वारा लाया गया प्रस्ताव हताशा और झूठे आरोप का संयोजन होने का आरोप लगाया है।  शनिवार को सचिवालय की बैठक में प्रस्तुत एक उत्तर रिपोर्ट में, ओली ने मांग की कि दहल की रिपोर्ट को यह कहते हुए खारिज कर दिया गया कि बैठक में चर्चा या परामर्श करने के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं था

 दहल द्वारा पहले लाए गए प्रस्ताव में उनके खिलाफ लगाए गए आरोपों का जवाब देते हुए, ओली ने उल्लेख किया कि पार्टी के अंतरिम संविधान के अनुच्छेद 18 (i) ने अध्यक्षों को पार्टी की बैठक में रिपोर्ट और प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत करने का प्रावधान किया है।  ओली ने दहल पर संविधान के खिलाफ एक अलग प्रस्ताव लाने का आरोप लगाया है, भले ही यह अभ्यास वह ढाई साल से कर रहा है।  ओली का दावा है कि यह केवल व्यक्तिगत असंतोष, असीम कुंठा और निहित स्वार्थों के कृत्रिम आरोपण का एक संयोजन है।

 दहल द्वारा उनके खिलाफ लगाए गए आरोप झूठे थे, यह कहते हुए कि ओली ने उन्हें आरोपों की पुष्टि करने के लिए चुनौती देते हुए कहा, “आरोपों की पुष्टि करें और मेरे खिलाफ राज्य के कानून और पार्टी के संविधान के अनुसार कार्रवाई करें।  दहल के देश और लोगों के लिए बलिदान के आह्वान के जवाब में, ओली ने अगले आम सम्मेलन से अध्यक्ष नहीं बनने और अगले चुनाव के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नहीं बनने की कसम खाई है।

 रिपोर्ट में, ओली ने दहल पर बेईमान और धोखेबाज होने का आरोप लगाया।  ओली ने दहल पर अल्पसंख्यक और बहुसंख्यक के बारे में बात करने का भी आरोप लगाया है।  यह कहते हुए कि दहल अपारदर्शी हैं और धोखे पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हैं, ओली ने पार्टी को भंग करने और एक नई पार्टी बनाने या राजनीति छोड़ने का सुझाव दिया है।

 रिपोर्ट के 9 बिंदुओं में, ओली ने उल्लेख किया है, "नष्ट करना - बनाना - फिर से ध्वस्त करना" गर्व की बात है।  क्या अधिक है, अगर आप ऊब गए हैं, तो आप राजनीति छोड़ सकते हैं।  आप भी आराम कर सकते हैं। ”

 ओली ने कहा कि उन्हें सरकार और पार्टी के संचालन के दौरान पार्टी के दहल से बहुत असहयोग मिला है।  ओली ने आरोपों को "नव-उदारवादी", "दलाल-नौकरशाही पूंजीवादी" और "समाज-विरोधी" के रूप में खारिज कर दिया।

 ओली ने दहल के साथ एक "गंभीर आत्म-परीक्षा" और "आत्म-आलोचना" की मांग की है।  ओली ने दहल को परिणामों के लिए तैयार रहने की चेतावनी दी है यदि वह अपने खिलाफ आरोपों की पुष्टि करने में विफल रहता है।

 ओली ने एक अन्य अध्यक्ष दहल के प्रस्ताव के जवाब में 38-पृष्ठ का प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत किया है।  ओली के प्रस्ताव में 53 बिंदु शामिल हैं।  दहल ने 12 अक्टूबर को आयोजित सचिवालय की बैठक में ओली को सात-सूत्री पत्र और 19-पृष्ठ लंबी राजनीतिक रिपोर्ट सौंपी थी।  दहल ने ओली की दक्षता पर सवाल उठाया और उन पर पार्टी को विभाजित करने और संसद को भंग करने के लिए तैयार करने के लिए एक अध्यादेश लाने की कोशिश करने का आरोप लगाया।

 सीपीएन सचिवालय की अगली बैठक 29 नवंबर को धुंबराही में पार्टी कार्यालय में होगी और दोनों अध्यक्षों द्वारा रखे गए प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा करेंगे।!   CPN  Chairman KP Sharma Oli has accused the proposal brought by Executive Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal of being a combination of frustration and false accusation.  In a reply report submitted to the secretariat meeting on Saturday, Oli demanded that Dahal's report be rejected saying that it was not enough to discuss or consult in the meeting.

 Responding to the allegations leveled against him in the proposal brought by Dahal earlier, Oli mentioned that Article 18 (i) of the party's interim constitution has made provision for the chairpersons to submit reports and proposals at the party meeting.  Oli has accused Dahal of bringing a separate proposal against the constitution, even though this is the practice he has been doing for two and a half years.  Oli claims that it is a contradiction of personal accusations, boundless frustrations and vested interests.

 Stating that the allegations leveled against him by Dahal were false, Oli challenged him to confirm the allegations, saying, "Confirm the allegations and take action against me in accordance with state law and party constitution.  In response to Dahal's call for sacrifice for the country and the people, Oli has vowed not to be the chairman from the next general convention and not to become the prime minister after the next election.

 In the report, Oli accused Dahal of being a dishonest and deceitful person.  Oli has even accused Dahal of talking about minority and majority as soon as he can.  Stating that Dahal is opaque and focused on deception, Oli has suggested dissolving the party and forming a new party or giving up politics.

 In 9 points of the report, Oli has mentioned, "Destroying - making - demolishing again" is a matter of pride.  What's more, if you get bored, you can quit politics.  You can also rest. ”

 Oli has said that he has received a lot of non-cooperation from the party's Dahal in running the government and the party.  Oli dismissed the allegations as "neo-liberal", "broker-bureaucratic capitalist" and "anti-socialist".

 Oli has demanded a "serious self-examination" and "self-criticism" with Dahal.  Oli has warned Dahal to be prepared for the consequences if he fails to confirm the allegations against him.

 Oli has submitted a 38-page proposal in response to another chairman Dahal's proposal.  Oli's proposal includes 53 points.  Dahal had submitted a seven-point letter and a 19-page long political report to Oli at the secretariat meeting held on October 12.  Dahal questioned Oli's efficiency and accused him of trying to bring in an ordinance to split the party and prepare for the dissolution of parliament.

 The next meeting of the CPN (Maoist) Secretariat will be held at the party office in Dhumbarahi on November 29 and will discuss the proposal put forward by the two chairpersons.
