सांसद गिरिले गरे कसैले नसाेचेकाे सनसनीपूर्ण खुलासा, पर्वत नेकपामा हलचल

 सत्तारूढ़ कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ऑफ़ नेपाल (CPN) के एक युवा नेता और एक सांसद, पदम गिरि ने कहा कि दोनों चेयरपर्सन की जिम्मेदारी है कि वे CPN की पार्टी एकता को बनाए रखें।  राजधानी में एक टेलीविजन कार्यक्रम पर एक साक्षात्कार देते हुए, गिरी ने कहा कि सीपीएन  के पहले और दूसरे अध्यक्षों के बुद्धिमान निर्णय से पार्टी एकता को बचाया जा सकेगा।

 सांसद गिरी ने कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रचंड द्वारा लाए गए प्रस्ताव को वापस ले लिया और विचार व्यक्त किया कि दोनों अध्यक्षों को एक संयुक्त प्रस्ताव के साथ आना चाहिए।  उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान सरकार और प्रधानमंत्री पर हमला करने के उद्देश्य से किया गया प्रस्ताव, पार्टी को पूरी तरह से प्रभावित करेगा, यह कहते हुए कि रिपोर्ट में शामिल मुद्दे निराधार थे।  पार्टी के आम सम्मेलन की पूर्व संध्या पर उन्होंने कहा कि पार्टी के भीतर से यह पता लगाना पार्टी के लिए दुःख का विषय था कि पार्टी के भीतर वैचारिक बहस की आवश्यकता के बावजूद व्यक्तिगत और चारित्रिक आरोप लगाकर सरकार विफल रही है।

 उन्होंने कहा कि पार्टी के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार को आगामी चुनाव में भी पार्टी के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार को देशद्रोही और भ्रष्ट घोषित करके नहीं फँसाया जाना चाहिए।  उन्होंने कहा कि सार्वजनिक रूप से लगाए गए आरोप पार्टी की एकता को बाधित करेंगे, यह कहते हुए कि पार्टी के भीतर विचार-विमर्श के माध्यम से आंतरिक समस्याओं का समाधान किया जाना चाहिए।  गिरि, जो एक संघीय सांसद भी हैं, ने कहा कि यह विडंबना है कि पार्टी अपनी महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धियों के बावजूद वर्तमान सरकार का स्वामित्व नहीं लेना चाहती है।  उनका विचार है कि वर्तमान सरकार भौतिक बुनियादी ढांचे और संघवाद और विदेश नीति के कार्यान्वयन में सफल रही है।

 उन्होंने कहा कि किसी को भी रिपोर्ट में नेताओं के बीच व्यक्तिगत मतभेदों को लिखकर कैडरों को निराश नहीं करना चाहिए।  उन्होंने कहा कि सभी एकता का काम तुरंत पूरा होना चाहिए क्योंकि पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं में निराशा थी और पार्टी तेजी नहीं ला सकी।  उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान स्थिति में जहां पार्टी की सदस्यता को अंतिम रूप नहीं दिया गया है, जिला स्तर पर लोगों के संगठनों और पार्टी की गतिविधियां लगभग बंद हैं।

 गिरि ने कहा, "इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि हमारे लोगों को बलुवाटर के आसपास नियुक्त नहीं किया गया है, हमारे लोग मंत्री नहीं बने हैं।" कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष के लिए पार्टी के लिए काम करना सही नहीं है, लेकिन केवल सरकार की आलोचना करना सही नहीं है। "  ।

 गिरी ने कहा कि दो अलग-अलग प्रस्तावों से पार्टी को विभाजित होने में मदद मिलेगी, सभी कमियों को ठीक किया जाना चाहिए।  यह कहते हुए कि कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के भीतर घुसपैठ की बात है, सरकार ने कहा कि विपक्ष को नियमित और विदेशी राजनयिकों से मिलने के लिए अतिरंजित किया गया था।  उन्होंने कहा कि संवैधानिक आयोग की नियुक्ति पर चर्चा करने के लिए विपक्षी दलों से मिलना सामान्य था।  गिरी ने कहा कि भारत के साथ सीमा मुद्दे पर निरंतर बातचीत और असमान संधि समझौते को निरस्त करने की पार्टी के भीतर से अलग तरह से व्याख्या की गई है।

 गिरि का दावा है कि वर्तमान सरकार राष्ट्रीय और आजीविका के क्षेत्र में सफल रही है।  गिरी ने कहा कि नेताओं को इस बात पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना चाहिए कि कल के चुनाव में वे लोगों को किस एजेंडे पर ले जाएंगे, अगर मौजूदा सरकार को नुकसान हुआ है और पार्टी अच्छा काम नहीं कर रही है।  गिरी ने कहा कि पार्टी में सामान्य चर्चा के कारण पार्टी का विभाजन नहीं होगा।Padam Giri, a young leader of the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) and an MP, said that both the chairpersons have the responsibility to preserve the party unity of the CPN.  Giving an interview in a television program in the capital, Giri said that the party unity would be saved only by the wise decision of the first and second chairman of the CPN (Maoist).

  MP Giri withdrew the proposal brought by Executive Chairman Prachanda and expressed the view that both the chairpersons should come up with a joint proposal.  He said the proposal, which was aimed at attacking the current government and the prime minister, would affect the party as a whole, adding that the issues covered in the report were baseless.  On the eve of the party's general convention, he said that it was a matter of sorrow for the party as a whole to find out from within the party that the government had failed by making personal and character allegations even though ideological debate was needed within the party.

  He said that the party unity should not be trapped by declaring the party-led government as treasonous and corrupt in the upcoming election.  He said that the allegations leveled in public would disrupt the party unity, adding that internal problems should be resolved through discussions within the party.  Giri, who is also a federal MP, said it was ironic that the party did not want to take ownership of the current government despite its significant achievements.  He is of the view that the current government has been successful in the implementation of physical infrastructure and federalism and foreign policy.

  He said that no one should disappoint the cadres by writing down the personal differences between the leaders in the report.  He said that all the unity work should be completed immediately as the party cadres were frustrated and could not pick up the pace.  He said that in the current situation where the party membership has not been finalized, the activities of the people's organizations and district level parties are also closed.

  "Our people around Baluwatar have not been appointed. It does not mean that our people have not become ministers."  Leader Giri said, "It is not right for the acting chairman not to work for the party but only to criticize the government."  He said that the leaders who were not in the government should think towards ending the work of party unity.

  Stating that two different proposals would help the party split, Giri said that all the shortcomings should be rectified.  Stating that there was talk of infighting within the Communist Party, the government said that it was exaggerated to meet the opposition regularly and foreign diplomats.  He said that it was normal to meet the opposition parties to discuss the appointment of the Constitutional Commission.  Giri said that the continuous dialogue on the border issue with India and the abrogation of the unequal treaty agreement has been interpreted differently from within the party.

  Giri claims that the current government has succeeded in the field of national and livelihood.  Giri said that the leaders should focus on what agenda they will take to the people in tomorrow's election if the current government is toppled and the party is not doing a good job.  Giri said that the party would not be divided due to general discussions in the party.
