ओली कुहिएकाे आलु जस्तै हुन, नेकपालाई कुहाएर छाड्न खाेजे !

 सीपीएन  के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री माधव कुमार नेपाल ने कहा है कि प्रधानमंत्री केपी शर्मा ओली ने पार्टी के भीतर आरोपों की चल रही श्रृंखला की शुरुआत की है।

 शनिवार को सचिवालय की एक बैठक में बोलते हुए, नेपाल ने कहा कि कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष पुष्पा कमल दहल प्रचंड के राजनीतिक प्रस्ताव के बाद प्रधानमंत्री ओली ने सचिवालय के सदस्यों पर बैठक की मांग करते हुए आग लगा दी।

 एक सचिवालय के सदस्य ने नेता नेपाल के हवाले से कहा, "सचिवालय की बैठक की मांग करने के लिए लिखे गए एक पत्र के जवाब में, प्रधान मंत्री ने नेताओं का अपमान करते हुए 10 पन्नों का जवाब लिखकर आग लगा दी।"  आरोप किसने शुरू किया? '

 कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रचंड सहित पांच सचिवालय सदस्यों ने प्रधानमंत्री और अध्यक्ष ओली को पत्र लिखकर बैठक आयोजित करने के लिए सहमत होने का आग्रह किया था।  वरिष्ठ नेता माधव कुमार नेपाल, झाला नाथ खनाल, पार्टी उपाध्यक्ष बामदेव गौतम और पार्टी प्रवक्ता नारायण काजी श्रेष्ठ ने बैठक की मांग की और ओली को पत्र सौंपा।

 पत्र सौंपे जाने के बाद, ओली ने कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रचंड को 10 पन्नों का पत्र लिखा।

 इसके जवाब में, प्रचंड ने ओली को सात पन्नों का पत्र लिखा।  उसके बाद, प्रचंड ने 12 नवंबर को सचिवालय की बैठक में 19-पृष्ठ लंबा राजनीतिक प्रस्ताव पेश किया था।

 इसी श्रृंखला की निरंतरता के रूप में, प्रधान मंत्री ओली ने शनिवार को सचिवालय की बैठक में कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रचंड के नवीनतम राजनीतिक प्रस्ताव के जवाब में एक और प्रस्ताव पेश किया।

 प्रधानमंत्री ओली के इस कथन पर टिप्पणी करते हुए कि निर्णय आम सहमति के आधार पर लिए जाने चाहिए न कि पार्टी के आम सम्मेलन से पहले बहुमत और अल्पसंख्यक के आधार पर, नेपाली नेता ने याद दिलाया कि असंतोष के नोट लिखने पर भी निर्णय बहुमत के आधार पर लिए गए थे।

 नेपाल ने कहा, "भले ही मैं दो राष्ट्रपतियों से असहमत था और मैंने असंतोष की बात लिखी थी, लेकिन निर्णय नहीं लिया गया।" सहमति एक अच्छी बात है, लेकिन अगर आम सहमति नहीं है, तो यह बहुमत से तय होता है। " !  Speaking at a meeting of the secretariat on Saturday, Nepal said that the political proposal of Executive Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda came after Prime Minister Oli opened fire on the members of the secretariat demanding the meeting.

 "In response to a letter written to demand a meeting of the secretariat, the prime minister opened fire by writing a 10-page reply insulting the leaders," a secretariat member said, quoting Leader Nepal.  Who started the accusation? '

 Five secretariat members, including Executive Chairman Prachanda, had written to the Prime Minister and Chairman Oli urging them to agree to hold the meeting.  Senior leaders Madhav Kumar Nepal, Jhala Nath Khanal, party vice-chairman Bamdev Gautam and party spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha demanded a meeting and handed over the letter to Oli.

 

 After the letter was handed over, Oli wrote a 10-page letter to Executive Chairman Prachanda.

 In response, Prachanda wrote a seven-page letter to Oli.  After that, Prachanda had submitted a 19-page long political proposal in the secretariat meeting on November 12.

 As a continuation of the same series, Prime Minister Oli presented another proposal in response to the latest political proposal of Executive Chairman Prachanda at the secretariat meeting on Saturday.

 Commenting on Prime Minister Oli's statement that decisions should be taken on the basis of consensus and not on the basis of majority and minority before the party's general convention, the Nepali leader reminded that decisions were taken on the basis of majority even when he wrote a note of dissent.

 "Even though I disagreed with the two presidents earlier and I wrote a note of dissent, the decision was not taken," Nepal said.
