कुश्मा नगरपालिकाले सुकुम्बासी लाई उठिबास लगायाे, १५ दिनमा झुपडि ध्वस्त पार्ने धम्कि !

 कुशमा नगर पालिका ने सार्वजनिक भूमि पर रहने वालों को जमीन खाली करने के लिए 15 दिन का अल्टीमेटम दिया है।  नगर पालिका के मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी हरि पंगेनी ने 15 दिनों के भीतर कुशमा नगर पालिका वार्ड नंबर 5 बडागांव में सार्वजनिक भूमि पर बने मकानों और तंबुओं को हटाने के लिए सार्वजनिक नोटिस जारी किया है।  कुशमा बाजार, जिला मुख्यालय के अंदर कुछ स्थानों पर, सार्वजनिक भूमि और नगरपालिका के नाम पर अन्य सरकारी भूमि पर अतिक्रमण कर मकान बनाए जा रहे हैं।

 नगरपालिका ने नोटिस जारी कर उन इलाकों में मकान हटाने के लिए 15 दिन का समय दिया है।  बदायूं में सार्वजनिक भूमि पर रहने वाले घरों और तंबुओं को हटाकर सार्वजनिक संपत्ति की सुरक्षा के दायित्व के अनुसार नगरपालिका ने अतिक्रमित भूमि की रक्षा करने के लिए एक नोटिस प्रकाशित किया है।

 अगर अतिक्रमण मुक्त बनाने के लिए जमीन के लिए एक भी दावा है, तो नगरपालिका ने सात दिनों के भीतर सबूत जमा करने का आह्वान किया है।

 यदि नोटिस के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 15 दिनों के भीतर घर खाली नहीं किया जाता है, तो कानून के अनुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।  नगर पालिका के नाम पर भी जमीन पर कुशमा नगर पालिका वार्ड नंबर 5 में मकान बनाए गए हैं।  इस बीच, नगर पालिका अभी भी किराए के घरों में रह रही है।  नगर पालिका ने अभी तक निर्माण प्रक्रिया शुरू नहीं की है।

 There is land in the area of ​​about 3 ropanis in the name of the former Shivalaya VDC and the present Kushma Municipality in Kushma Municipality Ward No. 5.  Apart from the municipality, there are public lands in Badagaun area in the name of Parbat Hospital and District Sports Development Committee.  The Sports Development Committee and the hospital have leased the land on contract basis.
