कुश्माका मेयर बल्ल तातिए, भर्खरै भयाे कसैले नसाेचेकाे सनसनीपुर्ण निर्णय !

 जिला मुख्यालय कुशमा में एक आधुनिक बस पार्क और सिटी हॉल के निर्माण के लिए प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है।

 संघीय सरकार के शहरी विकास मंत्रालय ने कुशमा में एक बस पार्क सहित एक सिटी हॉल के निर्माण के लिए बजट आवंटित किया है।  कुशमा नगर पालिका ने इसके लिए डीपीआर तैयार किया है।

 कुशमा नगर पालिका के अनुसार, मंत्रालय ने प्रारंभिक कार्य के लिए पहले ही 10 मिलियन रुपये का बजट भेजा है।  नगरपालिका ने कहा है कि बहुवर्षीय अनुबंध की प्रक्रिया डीपीआर के निर्माण के बाद शुरू होगी।

 कुशमा नगर पालिका के महापौर राम चंद्र जोशी ने बताया कि भूमि की मरम्मत, दीवार का निर्माण और प्रारंभिक स्तर पर आवश्यक निर्माण सामग्री खरीदने का काम वर्तमान में 10 मिलियन रुपये से किया जाएगा।  उन्होंने कहा कि लंबे समय से खबरों में बने कुशमा में बस पार्क का निर्माण कार्य अब गति पकड़ चुका है।

 सरकार ने बजट पुस्तिका में उल्लेख किया है कि कुशमा में एक बस पार्क का निर्माण किया जाएगा।  कुशमा नगर पालिका ने भी अपनी नीति और कार्यक्रम में बस पार्क सहित सिटी हॉल के निर्माण को प्राथमिकता दी है।  मेयर जोशी ने कहा कि कुशमा में बस पार्क और सिटी हॉल का निर्माण संघीय सरकार और स्थानीय सरकार की मदद से पूरा किया जाएगा।

 जोशी ने कहा कि कुशमा ने एक आधुनिक शहर के रूप में विकसित करना शुरू कर दिया है क्योंकि कुशमा बाजार का विस्तार नहीं हो रहा है, आंतरिक और बाहरी रिंग सड़कों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है और पर्यटक स्थलों को जोड़ा जा रहा है।  जोशी ने कहा कि बस पार्क के निर्माण का उद्घाटन उनके कार्यकाल के दौरान किया जाएगा और एक बहु-वर्षीय अनुबंध के माध्यम से काम जारी रहेगा।

 कुशमा नगर पालिका ने प्रारंभिक चरण में किए जाने वाले काम की एक सूची तैयार की है और इसे शहरी विकास कार्यालय बागुंग को देने की तैयारी की जा रही है।  जोशी ने कहा कि तकनीशियनों ने साइट पर निगरानी रखने के बाद रिपोर्ट तैयार करना शुरू कर दिया है।

 कुशमा नगर पालिका वार्ड नं।  वीडीसी -6 के वार्ड अध्यक्ष रुद्र गिरी ने याद किया कि बस पार्क के निर्माण के लिए सभी पहलें बर्बाद हो गई थीं, लेकिन दावा किया कि बस पार्क का निर्माण अब नहीं रोका जाएगा।

 उन्होंने कहा कि आवश्यक प्रक्रिया को आगे बढ़ाया गया है और कुशमा के लोगों को आश्वासन दिया है कि बस पार्क का सपना सच हो जाएगा क्योंकि अगले साल से काम पूरे हो जाएगा।

 तीन मंजिला बस पार्क के निर्माण के लिए डीपीआर तैयार किया गया है।  भूतल पर एक बड़ी बस होगी, पहली मंजिल पर एक मीटिंग हॉल, दूसरी मंजिल पर एक छोटी कार पार्क और तीसरी मंजिल पर 150 से अधिक लोगों के लिए एक हॉल होगा।  मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी हरि पांगिनी ने बताया कि सभी कार्यों को पूरा करने के लिए लगभग 1 अरब रुपये के बजट के साथ डीपीआर तैयार किया गया है। ।  The process has started for the construction of a modern bus park and city hall in Kushma, the district headquarters.

 Mayor of Kushma Municipality Ram Chandra Joshi informed that the work of repairing the land, constructing the wall and purchasing necessary construction materials at the initial stage will be done with the amount of Rs. 10 million.  He said that the construction work of the bus park in Kushma, which has been in the news for a long time, has now gained momentum.

 The government has mentioned in the budget booklet that a bus park will be constructed in Kushma.  Kushma Municipality has also given priority to the construction of city hall including bus park in its policy and program.  Mayor Joshi said that the construction of bus park and city hall in Kushma will be completed with the help of the federal government and local government.

 Joshi said that Kushma has started to develop as a modern city as Kushma Bazaar is not expanding, inner and outer ring roads are being constructed and tourist sites are being added.  The construction of the bus park will be inaugurated during his tenure and the work will continue through a multi-year contract, said Joshi.

 The Kushma Municipality has prepared a list of work to be done in the initial stage and is preparing to give it to the Urban Development Office Baglung.  Joshi said that the technicians have started preparing the report after conducting on-site monitoring.

 Kushma Municipality Ward No.  Rudra Giri, ward chairman of VDC-6, recalled that all the initiatives for the construction of the bus park had been wasted but claimed that the construction of the bus park would not be stopped now.

 He said that the necessary process has been taken forward and assured the people of Kushma that the dream of a bus park will come true as work will be in full swing from next year.

 The DPR has been prepared for the construction of a three-storey bus park.  There will be a big bus on the ground floor, a meeting hall on the first floor, a small car park on the second floor and a hall for more than 150 people on the third floor.  Chief Administrative Officer Hari Pangini informed that the DPR has been prepared with a budget of around Rs. 1 billion to complete all the works.
