 यदि कोई अप्रत्याशित घटना नहीं होती है, तो नेपाल की सत्तारूढ़ कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के सचिवालय की बैठक 13 दिसंबर को होगी।  यह निश्चित नहीं है कि केपी शर्मा ओली और पुष्पा कमल दहल प्रचंड के दस्तावेजों पर चर्चा होगी या संयुक्त दस्तावेज पर चर्चा होगी, जिसे दस दिनों के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया है।  हालांकि, जबकि ओली कह रहे थे कि एक ही प्रस्ताव होना चाहिए, प्रचंड ने दस्तावेज वापस लेने से इनकार कर दिया।

 दस दिनों के भीतर आम सहमति तक पहुंचने के प्रयासों के बावजूद, यह नहीं पहुंचा है।  अब तीन दिन बचे हैं।  यदि इस बीच कोई समझौता नहीं किया जाता है, तो सचिवालय के पास बैठक को स्थगित करने या दोनों दस्तावेजों पर चर्चा करने के अलावा कोई विकल्प नहीं है।  जब एक अलग दस्तावेज़ पर चर्चा की जाती है और निष्कर्ष निकाला जाता है, तो दस्तावेज़ में बहुमत वाला जीतता है।  प्रचंड के दो दस्तावेजों में ओली के दस्तावेज को बहुमत मिलने पर प्रचंड हार गए।  ऐसे में राष्ट्रपति पद से इस्तीफा देने का नैतिक दबाव हो सकता है।  यदि ओली के दस्तावेज को अल्पसंख्यक वोट से हराया जाता है, तो उन्हें प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा इस्तीफा देने के लिए दबाव डाला जा सकता है।  इसलिए स्थिति बहुत जटिल हो रही है।

 ओली ने अपने भरोसेमंद विदेश मंत्री प्रदीप ग्यावली को एक समझौते तक पहुंचने के लिए प्रचंड निवास खुमताल में भेजा है।  ग्यावली ने मंगलवार सुबह प्रचंड से मुलाकात की और समझौते के बिंदु पर चर्चा की।  हालांकि, कोई निष्कर्ष नहीं निकला।

 ओली, प्रचंड और माधव नेपाल सीपीएन  के भीतर वर्तमान सचिवालय की बैठक की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।  ओली पहले ही विश्वासपात्रों और चर्चा के विकल्पों के साथ मिल चुके हैं।  वह शनिवार को बलुवतार में नेपाली कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष शेर बहादुर देउबा से मिल चुके हैं।  देउबा के साथ शक्ति संतुलन के मुद्दे ने प्रचंड और नेपाल को झटका दिया है।

 प्रचंड और माधव नेपाल ने आंतरिक तैयारियों के लिए बैठक तेज कर दी है।  उन्होंने सीपीएन के वरिष्ठ नेता झाला नाथ खनाल और उपाध्यक्ष बामदेव गौतम के साथ एक संयुक्त बैठक की।  समझा जाता है कि बैठक के दौरान भविष्य की रणनीतियों पर चर्चा की गई थी।  ख़ानल और गौतम के बीच गंभीर चर्चा हुई कि अब कैसे विकास किया जाए।

 प्रचंड ने कल शाम वरिष्ठ नेता माधव कुमार नेपाल के साथ चर्चा की।  प्रवक्ता नारायण काजी श्रेष्ठ भी बैठक में उपस्थित थे।  समझा जाता है कि नेपाल ने बिना किसी हिचकिचाहट के आगे बढ़ने की बात की है।  उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि पार्टी की एकता को केंद्र में रखा जाना चाहिए।! If there is no unforeseen event, the meeting of the Secretariat of the ruling Communist Party of Nepal will be held on 13 December.  It is not certain whether the documents of KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda will be discussed or a joint document will be discussed in the meeting which has been postponed for ten days.  However, when Oli said that there should be the same proposal, Prachanda refused to withdraw the document.

 Despite efforts to reach a consensus within ten days, no agreement has been reached.  Now there are three days left.  If no agreement is reached in the meantime, the secretariat has no choice but to postpone the meeting or discuss both the documents.  When a different document is discussed and concluded, the one who has the majority in the document wins.  Prachanda loses if Oli's document gets a majority in the two documents.  In such a case, he may face moral pressure to resign.  If Oli's document is defeated by a minority vote, he may be pressured to resign by the prime minister.  So the situation is getting very complicated.

 Oli has sent his trusted Foreign Minister Pradip Gyawali to Prachanda Niwas Khumaltar to reach an agreement.  Gyawali met Prachanda on Tuesday morning and discussed the point of agreement.  However, no conclusion was reached.

 Oli, Prachanda and Madhav Nepal are preparing for the current secretariat meeting within the CPN   Oli has already met with confidants and discussed options.  He has already met Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba in Baluwatar on Saturday.  The issue of balance of power with Deuba has shocked Prachanda and Nepal.

 Prachanda and Madhav Nepal have intensified the meeting for internal preparations.  He held a joint meeting with CPN  senior leader Jhala Nath Khanal and Vice President Bamdev Gautam.  It is understood that future strategies were discussed during the meeting.  Khanal and Gautam had a serious discussion on how to grow now.

 Prachanda had a discussion with senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal last evening.  Spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha was also present at the meeting.  It is understood that Nepal has talked about moving forward without any hesitation.  He clarified the line that party unity should be at the center.
