ओली संग मिल्न तयार छौ भन्दै विप्लवले ल्याए यस्ता प्रस्ताव !

 General Secretary of the banned Communist Party of Nepal Netra Bikram Chand Biplap has said that they are ready to come on the open stage.  The BJP has said that it is ready for talks if the state listens to their demands.

नेपाल की प्रतिबंधित कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के महासचिव नेत्रा बिक्रम चंद बिप्लप ने कहा है कि वे खुले मंच पर आने के लिए तैयार हैं।  भाजपा ने कहा है कि अगर राज्य उनकी मांगों को सुनता है तो वह वार्ता के लिए तैयार है।

 इराटो खाबर के साथ एक साक्षात्कार में, चंद ने कहा कि वे अब बातचीत के लिए तैयार हैं यदि राज्य लोगों को सुनने की गारंटी देता है।  राज्य को यह सुनना पड़ा कि जनता कहाँ से असंतुष्ट है।

 हमने लोगों के मुद्दे उठाए हैं।  राज्य को यह सुनना चाहिए कि लोगों को क्या खुशी मिलती है, 'उन्होंने कहा।' राज्य लोगों की कैसे नहीं सुन सकता है और हमें बता सकता है कि हम बातचीत के पक्ष में नहीं हैं।  वह कहते हैं कि किसी के लिए भी उन्हें देश से बाहर ले जाना और वार्ता आयोजित करना संभव नहीं होगा।

 In an interview with Irato Khabar, Chand said that they are ready for talks now if the state guarantees to listen to the people.  The state had to listen to where the people are dissatisfied.

 We have raised the issues of the people.  He said that the state should listen to what makes the people happy.  He says it would not be possible for anyone to take him out of the country for talks.
