बामदेवलाई बलिकाे बाेकाे बनाउने ओलीकाे पासा- चुनावी प्रधानमन्त्री’ देखि उपप्रधानमन्त्रीको प्रस्ताव

 नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के सचिवालय की बैठक से पहले, अध्यक्ष केपी शर्मा ओली और पुष्पा कमल दहल प्रचंड की पकड़ को मजबूत करने में सक्रिय रहे हैं।  दोनों नेताओं ने सचिवालय, स्थायी और केंद्रीय समितियों के प्रभावशाली नेताओं से मिलना जारी रखा है।  वह अपने विश्वासपात्रों और अपनी पार्टी के नेताओं के साथ चर्चा करते रहे हैं

 पार्टी की बैठक कल एक दूसरे के खिलाफ आरोपों पर चर्चा करेगी।  यह दस्तावेज सीपीएन  का भविष्य तय करने जा रहा है।  उसके लिए, सचिवालय से स्थायी समिति पर पकड़ एक अलग स्थिति ला सकती है।

 CPN के भीतर, प्रधानमंत्री ओली सचिवालय में अल्पमत में हैं।  नौ सदस्यीय सचिवालय में, ओली के पक्ष में चार लोग हैं।  प्रचंड के पक्ष में पांच लोग हैं।  ईश्वर पोखरेल, विष्णु पौडेल और राम बहादुर थापा बादल ओली के पक्ष में दिखाई दे रहे हैं।  वरिष्ठ नेता माधव कुमार नेपाल और झाला नाथ खनाल, उपाध्यक्ष बामदेव गौतम और प्रवक्ता नारायण काजी श्रेष्ठा प्रचंड के पक्ष में हैं।

 ओली ने छह विरोधी सचिवालय सदस्यों में से माधव कुमार नेपाल, झाला नाथ खनाल और बामदेव गौतम को पाने की पूरी कोशिश की।  नेपाल और खनाल के साथ नहीं होने का फैसला किया गया है।  हालांकि दोनों नेता ओली के विश्वासपात्रों तक पहुंचे और विचार-विमर्श किया, लेकिन यह सफल नहीं रहा।  ओली ने नेपाल के साथ तीन चर्चा की।  हालांकि, एक समझौते पर पहुंचने के बजाय, संघर्ष बढ़ गया।

 ओली ने उपराष्ट्रपति बामदेव गौतम पर जीत हासिल करने की कोशिश नहीं छोड़ी।  उप प्रधानमंत्री के साथ गौतम को चुनने के लिए मंत्रालय का प्रस्ताव पहले ही जा चुका है।  उन्हें चुनाव प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में भी प्रस्तावित किया गया है।  हालांकि, गौतम यह कहते हुए ओली के पक्ष में जाने के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं कि उन्हें अतीत में धोखा दिया गया है।  महासचिव बिष्णु पोडेल और लुंबिनी के मुख्यमंत्री शंकर पोखरेल ने उन्हें मनाने की कई बार कोशिश की थी।  हालांकि, माहौल नहीं बनाया जा सका।

  Within the CPN (Maoist), Prime Minister Oli is in the minority in the secretariat.  In the nine-member secretariat, there are four people in favor of Oli.  There are five people in favor of Prachanda.  Ishwar Pokhrel, Bishnu Poudel and Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal are in favor of Oli.  Senior leaders Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhala Nath Khanal, Vice President Bamdev Gautam and Spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha are in favor of Prachanda.

  Oli tried his best to bring Madhav Kumar Nepal, Jhala Nath Khanal and Bamdev Gautam out of the six anti-secretariat members.  It has been decided not to side with Nepal and Khanal.  Although the two leaders reached out to Oli's confidants and held discussions, it was not successful.  Oli had three discussions with Nepal.  However, instead of reaching an agreement, the conflict escalated.

  Oli has not given up trying to win over Vice President Bamdev Gautam.  The proposal of the ministry to elect Gautam along with the Deputy Prime Minister has already gone.  He has also been proposed as the election prime minister.  However, Gautam is not ready to go to Oli's side saying that he has been betrayed in the past.  General Secretary Bishnu Poudel and Lumbini Chief Minister Shankar Pokharel had repeatedly tried to persuade him.  However, the atmosphere could not be created.

  On Friday evening, Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokharel reached Bamdev's residence in Bhansepati.  He is understood to have discussed the possibility of meeting Gautam in the future.  However, Gautam has not been positive yet.  This time, he has shown that he will not give up.  Gautam had supported Oli twice at the last moment when the power crisis came.  This time too, he has the confidence of the Oli side.
