परबत- परबत जिला अस्पताल ने हाल ही में इलाज के लिए सुविधाओं को जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया में आईसीयू, वेंटिलेटर और ऑक्सीजन संयंत्र को जोड़ा है।

परबत अस्पताल ने गंडकी राज्य सरकार की मदद से 3-बेड क्षमता का आईसीयू और वेंटिलेटर और ऑक्सीजन प्लांट स्थापित किया है।

अस्पताल प्रबंधन समिति ने कहा है कि अस्पताल परबत जिला अस्पताल में आईसीयू, वेंटीलेटर और ऑक्सीजन प्लांट की स्थापना के बाद मरीजों को पोखरा और काठमांडू भेजने की स्थिति को समाप्त करने में सफल हो रहा है। अस्पताल प्रबंधन समिति के अध्यक्ष गोबिंद पहाड़ी ने कहा कि अस्पताल ने जरूरत के मामले में 3-5 बेड का संचालन शुरू कर दिया है। प्लांट को गंडकी राज्य सरकार से 6 मिलियन रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता से जोड़ा गया है। ऑक्सीजन प्लांट से उपकरण लगाकर अस्पताल द्वारा आवश्यक ऑक्सीजन उत्पादन बुधवार से शुरू किया गया है। "अब जिला अस्पताल में ऑक्सीजन की कमी के कारण मरीजों को पोखरा और काठमांडू नहीं भेजना पड़ता है," उन्होंने कहा। 15-बेड वाले पर्वतीय अस्पताल में जरूरत पड़ने पर और मांग के अनुसार अधिक ऑक्सीजन का उत्पादन करने की क्षमता है।

पहाड़ी ने याद दिलाया कि अस्पताल को ऑक्सीजन की कमी के कारण सर्जरी बंद करनी पड़ी थी और कहा कि ऑक्सीजन के परिवहन में समस्या होने पर मरीजों को अन्यत्र भेजा जाना था। अस्पताल ने प्लांट से उत्पादित ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति सीधे पाइप के माध्यम से बिस्तर पर करने की व्यवस्था की है। उन्होंने कहा कि ठंड, सीने की बीमारी, अस्थमा और फेफड़ों की बीमारी से पीड़ित मरीज कई सेवाओं के लिए अस्पताल आते हैं। अस्पताल ने आईसीयू और वेंटिलेटर सुविधाओं को भी जोड़ा है। जिला अस्पताल के प्रमुख डॉ। शिशिर देबकोटा के अनुसार, अस्पताल के पहले चरण में 10 बेड में ऑक्सीजन लेने के लिए पाइपलाइन को जोड़ा गया है।

वर्तमान में, अस्पताल में प्रतिदिन ऑक्सीजन के 5 से 6 सिलेंडर की खपत होती है, उन्होंने कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि एक सिलेंडर में 100 लीटर ऑक्सीजन का उत्पादन किया जाएगा और संयंत्र की उत्पादन क्षमता 16 सिलेंडर तक होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि अस्पताल विशेष रूप से ठंड के मौसम में बहुत अधिक ऑक्सीजन की खपत करता है। इससे पहले, पोखरा से ऑक्सीजन का परिवहन करते समय अस्पताल को काफी नुकसान उठाना पड़ा था। देबकोटा के अनुसार, ऑक्सीजन के उत्पादन की शुरुआत के साथ, किसी भी प्रकार के जटिल रोगी को संचालित करना आसान होगा।

Pahadi reminded that the hospital had to stop the surgery due to lack of oxygen. The hospital has made arrangements to supply the oxygen produced from the plant directly to the bed through pipes. He said that patients suffering from cold, chest disease, asthma and lung disease come to the hospital for many services. The hospital has also added ICU and ventilator facilities. Chief of the District Hospital Parbat, Dr. Shishir Debkota, said that the pipeline has been connected to take oxygen in 10 beds in the first phase of the hospital.

At present, the hospital consumes 5 to 6 cylinders of oxygen daily, he said. He said that 100 liters of oxygen would be produced in one cylinder and the production capacity of the plant would be up to 16 cylinders. He also said that the hospital consumes a lot of oxygen especially during cold weather. Earlier, the hospital had to suffer a lot while transporting oxygen from Pokhara. According to Debkota, with the start of oxygen production, it will be easier to operate on any type of complex patient.
