भर्खरै केपी ओली सरकारले गर्यो सनसनीपूर्ण निर्णय, कार्तिक ७ गतेबाट देशभर लागू हुने

 यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि इस शुक्रवार, 7 अक्टूबर से नेपाल में विज्ञापन मुक्त प्रसारण (क्लीनफीड) नियम लागू होगा।

19 नवंबर को हुई कैबिनेट की बैठक के फैसलों की घोषणा करते हुए सरकार के प्रवक्ता और संचार और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री परबत गुरुंग ने जानकारी दी।

मंत्री परबत गुरुंग ने मंत्रिपरिषद के फैसले को ung ऐतिहासिक निर्णय ’करार दिया।

"विज्ञापन अधिनियम 2076 के विनियमन का अनुच्छेद 6, जो 20 अक्टूबर, 2076 को लागू हुआ, गैर-विज्ञापन प्रसारण के लिए प्रदान करता है," उन्होंने कहा। एक कानूनी प्रावधान है कि अधिनियम के प्रारंभ होने के एक वर्ष के भीतर, यानी 7 अक्टूबर 2077 बीएस को विज्ञापन मुक्त क्लीनफीड प्रसारित किया जाना चाहिए।

It has been decided that the ad-free broadcasting (Cleanfeed) rule will come into force in Nepal from this Friday, the 7th of October.

Announcing the decisions of the cabinet meeting held on October 19, the spokesperson of the government and Minister for Communications and Information Technology Parbat Gurung gave the information.

Minister Parbat Gurung termed the decision of the Council of Ministers as a 'historic decision'.

"Article 6 of the Regulation of Advertising Act 2076, which came into force on October 20, 2076, stipulates that there should be no advertisement broadcasting," he said. There is a legal provision that the advertisement-free cleanfeed should be aired within one year of the commencement of the Act, i.e. 7 October, 2077 BS.
