आज दशा और नवरात्रि के चौथे दिन, मां कूष्मांडा भगवती की पूजा की जा रही है। सुबह से ही देश भर के शक्ति पीठों और देवी मंदिरों में भक्तों का तांता लगा हुआ है।

माँ कुष्मांडा की पूजा अच्छे कार्यों या निर्माण के प्रतीक के रूप में की जाती है। शास्त्रों में वर्णित है कि देवी कुष्मदा ने अपने गर्भ में तीन गुना ऊष्मा धारण करके संसार का निर्माण किया। कुष्मांडा को शास्त्रों में सभी रक्त प्राणियों (मनुष्यों, पक्षियों और ठंडे रक्त समूहों), मछली, साँप और अन्य जीवित प्राणियों की माँ के रूप में वर्णित किया गया है।

देवी कूष्माण्डा ने ब्रह्मांड का निर्माण किया, पृथ्वी का निर्माण किया, अपनी गर्मी ऊर्जा देकर सूर्य देव को प्रज्वलित किया, और अन्य ग्रहों का निर्माण किया और संपूर्ण भागवत सहित शास्त्रों के अनुसार पूरे सौर मंडल का संचालन किया। शक्ति पीठ और देवी मंदिरों में, कुबिंदा की पूजा की जाती है और बलि दी जाती है।

Today is the fourth day of Navratri: Mother Kushmanda is being worshiped

Mother Kushmanda is worshiped as a symbol of good deeds or creation. It is mentioned in the scriptures that Goddess Kushmada appeared to create the world by holding threefold heat in her womb. Kushmanda is described in the scriptures as the mother of all blood creatures, including the warm blood group (human, bird and cold blood groups), fish and snakes.

Goddess Kushmanda created the universe, created the earth, ignited the sun god by giving her heat energy, and created the other planets and operated the entire solar system, according to the scriptures including Devi Bhagavat. In Shakti Peetha and Devi temples, Kubinda is worshiped and sacrifices are offered.

There are six temples in the capital, including Griheshwari, Dakshinkali, Naxal Bhagwati, Bhadrakali, Nepalgunj's Bageshwori, Saptari's Chhinnamasta, Dharan's Dantkali, Pokhara's Vindhavasini, Doti's Shaileshwari, Baglung's Kalika, Gorkha's Gorakhkali, Makwanpur's Churiyamai and Bhutan Devi's.
