जबकि CPN के उपाध्यक्ष और नेशनल असेंबली के उम्मीदवार बामदेव गौतम के खिलाफ मामला शीर्ष अदालत में विचाराधीन है, CPN  के प्रवक्ता और नेता नारायण काजी श्रेष्ठ के खिलाफ एक याचिका भी दर्ज की जा रही है। गौतम और श्रेष्ठ के खिलाफ अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया गया, जिसमें दावा किया गया कि प्रतिनिधि सभा का चुनाव हारने वाला व्यक्ति संसद सदस्य या राष्ट्रीय सभा में मंत्री नहीं हो सकता।

गौतम के खिलाफ मामले की सुनवाई संवैधानिक न्यायालय द्वारा की जा रही है। इस मामले को अक्टूबर के अंतिम सप्ताह में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया था, क्योंकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अधिकांश न्यायाधीश कोरोनरी संक्रमण के कारण संगरोध और अलगाव में रहे हैं। कल गौतम की ओर से बहस कर रहे कानूनी चिकित्सकों का लिखित जवाब? समझा जाता है कि वह अदालत में पेश होंगे।

Writ also against Narayankaji

While the case against CPN (Maoist) Vice-Chairman and National Assembly nominee Bamdev Gautam is under consideration at the apex court, a writ petition against CPN (Maoist) spokesperson and leader Narayan Kaji Shrestha is also being registered.
