 बहू को डराने की रणनीति में ओली और प्रचंड!

काठमांडू: पूंजी विवाद के कारण चर्चा में आए पांच राज्यों लुंबिनी के बाद अब कर्णाली चर्चा में है। ये दोनों भौगोलिक रूप से घनिष्ठ प्रांत हैं। राजनीतिक रूप से, राज्य का नेतृत्व एक ही पार्टी के दो अलग-अलग गुटों के नेताओं द्वारा किया जाता है। जबकि पूर्व यूसीपीएन (माओवादी) के महेंद्र बहादुर शाही कर्णाली का नेतृत्व कर रहे हैं, शंकर पोखरेल, जो पूर्व यूएमएल के ओली के करीबी नेता हैं, लुम्बिनी का नेतृत्व कर रहे हैं।

लुंबिनी की राजधानी के लिए, केंद्र में वही सलाह दी गई जो कर्णाली को नहीं दी जा सकती थी। नेपाल की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (CPN) के अध्यक्ष पुष्पा कमल दहल प्रचंड और केपी शर्मा ओली कर्नाटक के मुख्यमंत्री को शाही रखने और हटाने की संसदीय गणित की रणनीति में हैं।

ओली मुख्यमंत्री शाही को हटाकर बहुमत की ताकत दिखाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। ओली समझते हैं कि पूर्व यूएमएल को एक बंडल में रखकर शाही को हटाना पार्टी में उनकी ताकत का सबूत है।

केपी ओली द्वारा 25 अप्रैल को राजनीतिक दलों पर अध्यादेश लाने के बाद यह विवाद छह महीने तक चला। प्रचंड और वरिष्ठ नेता माधव नेपाल बहुमत की ताकत दिखाने की रणनीति में थे। लेकिन जब पार्टी को बहुमत से हटा दिया गया तो ओली की धमकी ने प्रचंड-नेपाल समूह को एक समझौते पर सहमत होने के लिए मजबूर कर दिया।

केंद्र में इस तरह की रस्साकशी से राज्य में मतभेद है। इन दोनों नेताओं की सटीक विपरीत रणनीति है। जब ओली को बहुमत से हटाने की रणनीति की बात आती है, तो प्रचंड ओली को चेतावनी देते हैं कि बहुमत का इस्तेमाल करना सही नहीं होगा।

सोमवार सुबह प्रचंड ने ओली से मुलाकात की और उनसे आग्रह किया कि वह ओली के करीबी एक नेता ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री शाही को नहीं हटाएं। सीपीएन-एमपी के उप-नेता और ओली के करीबी माने जाने वाले नेता सुभाष नेमांग ने कहा कि दोनों राष्ट्रपतियों के बीच विवाद कर्णाली के समान था।

Oli is trying to show the strength of the majority by removing Chief Minister Shahi. Oli understands that by removing the former UML and removing Shahi, there is evidence that he is strong in the party.

After KP Oli brought the ordinance on political parties on April 25, the controversy lasted for six months. Prachanda and senior leader Madhav Nepal were in the strategy of showing the strength of the majority. But Oli's threat to split the party when he was removed from the majority forced the Prachanda-Nepal group to agree on a deal.

There is a difference in the state from such tug of war at the center. These two leaders are on the exact opposite strategy. When it comes to the strategy of removing Oli from the majority, Prachanda is warning Oli that it would not be right to use the majority.

On Monday morning, Prachanda met Oli and urged him not to remove Chief Minister Shahi, said a leader close to Oli. Subash Nemwang, deputy leader of the CPN (Maoist) parliamentary party and a leader considered close to Oli, said that the dispute between the two presidents was similar to that of Karnali.
