शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पेयजल और सड़क का उन्नयन वहां की प्राथमिकताओं में है। चूंकि वार्ड कार्यालय तक पहुंचने के लिए सड़क कच्ची है, इसलिए सड़क को तार-तार करने का काम अब जारी है। वार्ड के अध्यक्ष पौडेल ने कहा कि चिल्लाते हुए ब्लैकटॉप कुछ ही समय में सड़क पर पाया जा सकता है।

उन्होंने कहा कि कृषि में वाडाबासी के लोगों को आधुनिक बनाने के लिए आवश्यक उपकरणों के वितरण से शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और सड़क पेयजल में महान कार्य किए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि स्थानीय स्तर पर ऐसी घटनाओं की हालिया रिपोर्टों के बावजूद उनके वार्ड में ऐसी स्थिति नहीं थी।

वार्ड की चेयरपर्सन ने कहा कि अगर किसी को कुशमा नगर पालिका -11 में किसी भी अनियमितता या भ्रष्टाचार की कोई खबर मिली है, तो वह इसे सबूत के साथ दिखा सकती है। वार्ड की चेयरपर्सन ने दावा किया कि पाकुवा में कोई अनियमितता या भ्रष्टाचार नहीं था। उन्होंने कहा कि भ्रष्टाचार और अनियमितताओं के लिए शून्य सहिष्णुता थी।
