नेकपा छलफलको एजेण्डा किन हुँदैन निर्णय यस्तो रहिछ भित्रि कुरा !

 CPN (माओवादी) चर्चा का एजेंडा क्यों नहीं तय किया जाना चाहिए? कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ऑफ़ नेपाल (CPN) पार्टी की एकता को पूरा करने के लिए अपने अंतिम व्रत के लिए आ रही है।

सीपीएन (माओवादी) ने घोषणा की थी कि एकता का शेष काम तीन महीने के भीतर पूरा हो जाएगा। लेकिन 28 महीने बाद भी एकता पूरी नहीं हुई है। इसके बजाय, सीपीएन (माओवादी) उथल-पुथल के दौर से गुजरा।

लंबे समय तक भ्रम की स्थिति के बाद, सीपीएन (माओवादी) के अध्यक्षों केपी शर्मा ओली और पुष्पा कमल दहल प्रचंड ने पार्टी को अपने पैरों पर नहीं लाने की कसम खाई। 10 सितंबर को आयोजित स्थायी समिति की बैठक ने सितंबर के महीने में एकता के काम को पूरा करने के लिए एक प्रस्ताव पारित किया था। सितंबर के अंत में, पार्टी के भीतर अन्य प्रकार के संघर्षों को जोड़ा गया और वादों को भूलने की प्रक्रिया जारी रही।

वर्तमान में, CPN (माओवादी) को पार्टी समिति की बैठक बुलानी है। हालाँकि, बैठक में किए गए निर्णयों के कार्यान्वयन पर भी सवाल उठाए गए हैं। पहले की तरह, इस बार भी, निर्णय के कार्यान्वयन पर सवाल उठाने की संभावना बढ़ गई है। यह देखा गया है कि स्थायी समिति की बैठक के निर्णय को लागू नहीं किया जाएगा।

3 से 4 जनवरी तक हुई केंद्रीय समिति की बैठक ने 15 दिनों के भीतर एकता के काम को पूरा करने का निर्णय लिया था। लेकिन निर्णय खारिज कर दिया गया था।

जब वे पिछले जून में पहुंचे, तो नेताओं ने संकेत दिया कि पार्टी एकजुट नहीं रह सकती। अंत में, यह ओली और प्रचंड थे जिन्होंने सितंबर के भीतर पार्टी एकता का काम पूरा करने का प्रस्ताव दिया।

सितंबर में पार्टी को गिरने से बचाने के लिए गठित टास्क फोर्स द्वारा चेयरपर्सन को सौंपी गई रिपोर्ट में इसका उल्लेख किया गया था। ओली की बैठक में भी यही प्रस्ताव पेश किया गया था।

बैठक के निर्णयों को लागू करने के लिए 22 सितंबर को सचिवालय की बैठक बुलाई गई थी। बैठक ने 10 दिनों के भीतर एकता के शेष कार्य को पूरा करने के लिए एक प्रस्ताव लाने का फैसला किया। बैठक में दो चेयरपर्सन और महासचिव बिष्णु पौडेल को प्रस्ताव लाने की जिम्मेदारी दी गई थी। लेकिन उस अवधि को भी 10 दिन बीत चुके हैं।

एकता की बात करें तो दोनों राष्ट्रपति और महासचिव रोजाना चर्चा में हैं। पिछले शुक्रवार और रविवार को बलुवतरा में घंटों चली बैठक इस मुद्दे पर केंद्रित थी। लेकिन अभी तक कोई निष्कर्ष नहीं निकल पाया है। सचिवालय निष्कर्ष के बाद ही एक बैठक बुलाने की तैयारी कर रहा है।

नेताओं के पास इस सवाल का जवाब नहीं है कि एकता कब खत्म होगी। आखिरी बार, कोविद -19 को एकता प्रक्रिया में देरी के लिए दोषी ठहराया गया है।

At present, the CPN (Maoist) has to convene a meeting of the party committee. However, the implementation of the decisions made by the sitting meetings has also been questioned. As in the past, the possibility of questioning the implementation of the decision has increased this time as well. It is seen that the decision of the standing committee meeting will not be implemented.

The Central Committee meeting held from January 3 to 4 had decided to complete the work of unity within 15 days. But the decision was dismissed.

When they arrived last June, the leaders signaled that the party could not remain united. Finally, it was Oli and Prachanda who proposed to complete the party unity work within September.

It was mentioned in the report submitted to the chairperson by the task force formed to save the party from falling apart within September. The same proposal was presented at the Oli meeting.

A meeting of the secretariat was convened on September 22 to implement the decisions of the meeting. The meeting decided to bring a proposal to complete the remaining work of unity within 10 days. The meeting had given the responsibility of bringing the proposal to the two chairmen and general secretary Bishnu Poudel. But even that period has passed 10 days.

Talking about unity, the two presidents and the general secretary are in daily discussions. The meeting that lasted for hours in Baluwatar last Friday and Sunday focused on this issue. But so far no conclusion has been reached. The secretariat is preparing to convene a meeting only after the conclusion.

Leaders do not have the answer to the question of when unity will end. For the last time, Kovid-19 has been blamed for the delay in the unity process.
