ओलीले गरे एकलौटी मन्त्रीमण्डल विस्तार, प्रचण्डले निकाले नोट अफ डिसेन्ड, नेकपामा खैलाबैला

प्रधानमंत्री केपी शर्मा ओली ने पार्टी कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष पुष्पा कमल दहल प्रचंड की सहमति के बिना अपने मंत्रिमंडल में फेरबदल किया है।

प्रधान मंत्री ओली ने खाली वित्त मंत्रालय में पार्टी महासचिव बिष्णु पोडेल, शहरी विकास मंत्रालय में कृष्ण गोपाल श्रेष्ठ और महिलाओं, बच्चों और वरिष्ठ नागरिक मंत्रालय में लीलनाथ श्रेष्ठ को नियुक्त किया है।

परबत गुरुंग, जो महिला मंत्रालय में हैं, को सूचना और संचार मंत्रालय के रिक्त पद का नेतृत्व सौंपा गया है।

 

हालांकि, पार्टी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रचंड ने कहा कि मंत्रियों की नियुक्ति पर उनका कोई समझौता नहीं है।

सीपीएन (माओवादी) सचिवालय के एक सदस्य ने प्रचंड को उद्धृत करते हुए नेपालीखबर को बताया, "मेरे साथ कोई समझौता नहीं किया गया है।"

 

प्रधानमंत्री ओली और प्रचंड ने बुधवार को बलुवतार में ढाई घंटे की चर्चा की। नेताओं ने कहा कि कैबिनेट फेरबदल पर कोई सहमति नहीं थी।

दूसरी ओर, प्रधानमंत्री ओली ने कहा कि सरकार मुश्किलों का सामना कर रही है क्योंकि प्रचंड के पास वित्त मंत्री नहीं हैं और उन्होंने कहा कि और मंत्रियों को तुरंत जोड़ा जाना चाहिए।

प्रधानमंत्री के हवाले से एक नेता ने प्रचंड के करीबी नेता के हवाले से कहा, "सरकार को वित्त मंत्री के रूप में सरकार चलाने में कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। खाली पड़े मंत्रालय में मंत्रियों को तुरंत नियुक्त करने की आवश्यकता है।"

"आज की नियुक्ति उनकी सहमति से नहीं की गई थी," नेता ने पुनर्गठन के समाचार के बाद प्रचंड से संपर्क किया।

इससे पहले, प्रधान मंत्री ओली ने तीन खाली मंत्रालयों में से एक में पूर्व माओवादियों को शामिल करने का वादा किया था।

कई लोगों ने अनुमान लगाया था कि जनार्दन शर्मा को तीन खाली मंत्रालयों में से एक के लिए नियुक्त किया जाएगा। शर्मा ने दावा किया कि उन्हें गृह या वित्त मंत्रालय मिलना चाहिए, प्रचंड को कहा गया कि उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री ओली को निर्णय लेने का अधिकार दिया है।

नेताओं ने कहा कि वे अब चर्चा करेंगे कि पिछली स्थायी समिति के निर्णय की भावना में पुनर्गठन किया गया था या नहीं।

नेता ने कहा, "दोनों राष्ट्रपतियों के बीच तीन मंत्रियों को बिना किसी समझौते के नियुक्त किया गया है। पार्टी की बैठक में इस पर चर्चा की जाएगी।"

प्रधान मंत्री ओली ने सचिवालय के सदस्य ईश्वर पोखरेल की अध्यक्षता वाले रक्षा मंत्रालय को छीन लिया है और इसे अपने लिए रखा है। उन्हें प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय और मंत्रिपरिषद के मामलों की देखभाल की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।

इसी तरह, महिला, बच्चों और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए मंत्री परबत गुरुंग को संचार मंत्री बनाया गया है और मंत्रालय में लीलानाथ श्रेष्ठ को लाया गया है।

According to Prachanda, there is no consensus on the appointment and reshuffle of new ministers

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has reshuffled his cabinet without the consent of party executive chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda.

Prime Minister Oli has appointed party general secretary Bishnu Poudel in the vacant finance ministry, Krishna Gopal Shrestha in the urban development ministry and Lilanath Shrestha in the women, children and senior citizens ministry.

Parbat Gurung, who is in the women's ministry, has been given the leadership of the vacant Ministry of Information and Communication.

However, the party's executive chairman Prachanda said that he did not have any agreement on the appointment of ministers.

"No agreement has been reached with me," a member of the CPN (Maoist) secretariat told Nepalkhabar, quoting Prachanda.

 Prime Minister Oli and Prachanda had a two-and-a-half hour discussion in Baluwatar on Wednesday. The leaders said there was no consensus on the issue of cabinet reshuffle.

Prime Minister Oli, on the other hand, said that the government was facing difficulties as Prachanda did not have a finance minister and added that more ministers should be added immediately.

"The government is facing difficulties in running the government as there is no finance minister. There is a need to immediately appoint ministers in the vacant ministry," said a leader close to Prachanda, quoting the prime minister.

"Today's appointment was not made with his consent," said the leader who contacted Prachanda after the news of the reorganization.

Earlier, Prime Minister Oli had promised to include the former Maoists in one of the three vacant ministries.

Many had speculated that Janardhan Sharma would be appointed to one of the three vacant ministries. After Sharma claimed that he should get the home or finance ministry, Prachanda was said to have given Prime Minister Oli the right to decide.

The leaders said that they would now discuss whether the reorganization was done in the spirit of the decision of the last standing committee.

"Three ministers have been appointed without any agreement between the two presidents. This will be discussed at the party meeting," the leader said.

Prime Minister Oli has snatched the Defense Ministry headed by Secretariat member Ishwar Pokharel and kept it for himself. He has been given the responsibility of looking after the affairs of the Prime Minister's Office and the Council of Ministers.

Similarly, Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens Parbat Gurung has been made the Minister of Communications and Lilanath Shrestha has been brought in the ministry.
