जलजला ग्राम नगरपालिका -6 के पुरुषोत्तम सूबेदार, भोटेदांडा, जो पिछले साल जापान से लौटे थे, अब बकरी पालन व्यवसाय में लगे हैं। जापान में पाँच साल बिताने वाले सूबेदार के पास समाजशास्त्र में स्नातक की डिग्री है। 

जापान में बसने के बजाय अपने गृहनगर में कुछ करने के विचार के साथ लौटते हुए, सूबेदार ने अब 600,000 रुपये के निवेश के साथ 24 माँ बकरियों को उठाया है। कुछ ही समय में, उन्होंने माँ बकरियों की संख्या को 100 तक बढ़ाने और वाणिज्यिक बकरी पालन व्यवसाय शुरू करने का फैसला किया है।

ग्राम अंतर अभियान

विदेश में दूसरों के लिए काम करने के बजाय अपने गांव में कुछ व्यवसाय शुरू करके अच्छी आय अर्जित करने के विचार के साथ नेपाल लौटे सूबेदार ने स्थानीय खारी जाति और जमुनपारी जाति का बकरी पालन शुरू कर दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि उन्होंने शुरुआत में 24 माँ बकरियों से बकरी पालन शुरू किया और थोड़े समय में इसे बढ़ाकर 100 करने की योजना बनाई। सूबेदार, जिसने अब तक 600,000 रुपये खर्च किए हैं और बकरी पालन को व्यावसायिक रूप से लेने की योजना बना रहा है, ने 1.5 मिलियन रुपये खर्च करके बकरियों की संख्या बढ़ाने की योजना बनाई है।

उन्होंने कहा कि स्थानीय खारी और जामुनपारी नस्ल की बकरियों को पाला जाता है क्योंकि वे स्थानीय जलवायु में आसानी से बढ़ती हैं और बीमारी का खतरा कम करती हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि वह आने वाले दिनों में बकरियों की अन्य नस्लों को बढ़ाने के बारे में सोच रहे हैं यदि बकरी प्रजनन व्यवसाय बेहतर और सफल हो रहा है।

कृषि में मन लगाना

उन्होंने कहा कि वह बकरी पालन व्यवसाय में शामिल थे क्योंकि देश को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए कृषि से जुड़े स्वदेशी उपायों को अपनाना बेहतर होगा क्योंकि जीविका की वास्तविकता को कोरोना मामले में दिखाया गया है। सूबेदार का कहना है कि यह अपने देश में कुछ करने के इरादे से शुरू किया गया था।

7 लाख रुपये सालाना कमाने का लक्ष्य

उन्होंने कहा कि वह बकरी पालन व्यवसाय से सालाना 7 लाख रुपये से अधिक कमाने की योजना बना रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि उन्होंने अभी बकरी पालन व्यवसाय शुरू किया है, लेकिन भविष्य में इसका विस्तार करने और सालाना 7-8 लाख रुपये कमाने की योजना है।

उन्होंने कहा कि बकरी पालन का व्यवसायीकरण किया जाएगा। उन्होंने भविष्य में इस क्षेत्र को बकरी प्रजनन केंद्र के रूप में विकसित करने और पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों के लिए उपयुक्त नस्लों की बकरियों के उत्पादन का सपना देखा है।

मनमाना अनुदान

हालांकि सरकार ने कृषि क्षेत्र में किसानों को आकर्षित करने के लिए सब्सिडी प्रदान की है, लेकिन कई लोगों ने शिकायत की है कि हाल के दिनों में सब्सिडी वास्तविक किसानों तक नहीं पहुंची है। पहाड़ों में भी कई उदाहरण हैं जहां एक ही व्यक्ति को हर साल अनुदान मिलता है। कृषि और पशुधन कार्यालय से अनुदान जिलों, राज्यों और संघों के एक ही व्यक्ति द्वारा मनमाने ढंग से लिया गया है। अनुदान के राजनीतिकरण का खामियाजा जिले के किसान भुगत रहे हैं। हालांकि, सूबेदार ने अभी तक कृषि सब्सिडी श्रृंखला में भाग नहीं लिया है।

Subedi, who returned to Nepal with the idea of ​​earning a good income by starting some business in his own village rather than working for others abroad, has started goat rearing of local Khari caste and Jamunapari caste. He said that he started goat rearing from 24 mother goats in the beginning and plans to increase it to 100 in a short time. Subedi, who has spent Rs 600,000 so far and plans to take goat rearing commercially, has planned to increase the number of goats by spending Rs 1.5 million.

He said that the local Khari and Jamunapari breed goats are reared as they grow easily in the local climate and reduce the risk of disease. He also said that he is thinking of raising other breeds of goats in the coming days if the goat breeding business is getting better and successful.

Mind in agriculture

He said that he was involved in goat rearing business as it was better to adopt indigenous measures associated with agriculture to make the country self-reliant. Subedi says that it was started with the intention of doing something in their own country.

Aim to earn Rs 7 lakh annually

He said that he plans to earn more than Rs 7 lakh annually from goat rearing business. He said that he has just started goat rearing business but plans to expand it in the future and earn Rs 7-8 lakh annually.

He said that goat rearing will be commercialized. He has dreamed of developing the region as a goat breeding center in the future and producing goats of advanced breeds suitable for the hilly region.

Arbitrary in grants

Although the government has provided subsidy to attract farmers in the agricultural sector, many have complained that the subsidy has not reached the real farmers in recent times. There are also many examples in the mountains where the same person receives a grant every year. Grants from the Agriculture and Livestock Office have been taken arbitrarily by the same person from districts, states and federations. Farmers of the district are suffering due to politicization of grants. However, Subedi has not yet participated in the agricultural subsidy series.
