कालापानीबारे नेपाल अरूको इसारामा बोल्यो भन्ने भारतीय सेना प्रमुखलाई नेपालमा यति ठूलो सम्मान दिने तयारी

 भारतीय सेना प्रमुख नरवाना 18 अक्टूबर को यह कहते हुए आ रहे हैं कि नेपाल दूसरों के कहने पर कालापानी के बारे में बात करता है

भारतीय सेना प्रमुख मणिमुकुंद नरवाने के स्वागत और सम्मान के लिए तैयारी चल रही है, जो दावा करते हैं कि भारत द्वारा नेपाली भूमि पर अतिक्रमण करके बनाई गई सड़क नेपाल में तेज हो गई थी।

नरवाने भारत के थल सेनाध्यक्ष बनने के बाद पहली बार 3 नवंबर को नेपाल की राजकीय यात्रा पर जाने वाले हैं। उन्हें नेपाल सेना के महारथी के मानद रैंक से सम्मानित किया जाना है।

यह दर्जा राष्ट्रपति विद्यादेवी भंडारी द्वारा प्रदान किया जाएगा। हालांकि, एक ही सेना प्रमुख नरवाने ने राष्ट्रपति की नीति और कार्यक्रम पर कठोर टिप्पणी की थी।

भारतीय सेना प्रमुख मणिमुकुंद नरवाने ने कहा था कि नेपाल में लिपुलेक क्षेत्र में "किसी और के लिए" बनाई जा रही भारतीय सड़क का विरोध किया गया था।

भारत के मनोहर पर्रिकर इंस्टीट्यूट फॉर डिफेंस स्टडीज एंड एनालिसिस द्वारा आयोजित एक वेबिनार में सेना प्रमुख नरवाने ने कहा था कि नेपाल ने चीन के इशारे पर विरोध किया था।

Indian Army Chief Narwane coming on 18 October saying that Nepal spoke about Kalapani at the behest of others

Preparations are underway to welcome and honor Indian Army Chief Manimukunda Narwane, who claims that the road built by India by encroaching on Nepali land was intensified in Nepal.

Narwane is scheduled to pay a state visit to Nepal for the first time after becoming the Chief of Army Staff of India. He is scheduled to be awarded the honorary rank of Maharathi of the Nepal Army.

The status will be conferred by President Vidyadevi Bhandari. However, the same army chief Narwane had harshly remarked on the President's policy and program.

Indian Army Chief Manimukunda Narwane had said that there was opposition to the Indian road being built in the Lipulec area for 'someone else' in Nepal.

At a webinar organized by India's Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defense Studies and Analysis, Army Chief Narwane had said that Nepal had protested at the behest of China.

‘I don’t see any contradictions when it comes to Lipulec Road. We have built a road west of Kalindi. I don't know why it is being protested in Nepal. They have raised this issue for someone, I see this possibility. There is no dispute about this road corridor, 'he said.
